I agree. The style is supposed to be more relaxed and expressive (think: finesse), instead of stiff. The way he's doing it is actually how Jay danced it, so he's following it it looks like.

Second, he can dance lets see you try to dance like that you should do a cover of this song video tape it and post it on youtube. you're an amazing dancer but you too stiff. If you just loosen up a little and put a bit more emotion and swag into your moves rather than focusing so hard on doing them exactly like the mv, you'd do it so much better
