@DamianF123 2 things u can do choose 1 of them first u can buy the network start up disk and save the configuration on the memo card then u will go online. second u can load the configuration from the memo card but u will need a online game to make ur own configuration some games do the configuration and some of them doesn't the game i use it to make the configuration is (champions league 2006-2007) try it it works with me

slim ps2 = no ethernet adapter required.

@IGPR6 Don't buy Battlefield 2. It no longer allows new players to create an account. As for the most played online PS2 games, look into Socom 3 and Socom combined assault. Star Wars Battlefront 2 also has a decen sized following online. Lockdown rarely if ever has anyone playing either.

@hearsedriver100 You need to run the startup utility. Unfortunately Killzone doesn't have the startup utility on the game disk. Look up my video-- Online PS2 games with the Startup Disk Built into them

To see a list I have discovered that have the startup utility on them.

I don't need all the cheap ass perks, and helicopter/RC cars/turrets to do my killing for me. I prefer to get my own kills the old fashioned way.

@gruby135f I haven't been on in a while, so I'm not sure if any new issues may have popped up, but I don't remember any bugs in the lobby. I did have an annoying bug where when I changed my control scheme, it would mess up, and the only way I could move forward in the game was to hit right on the D-pad. Don't ask me what that was about.

@Alixos1 To be honest, I'm not sure about Europe. Most PS2 games are not cross-country compatible, so they had different servers for the American versions than they did the European versions.

Instead of being pure explosives whores like they are in this game (of course they are still there in KZ2), it's just spawn rape the other team until they push you back, and spawn rape you.
