DEAR HERMANSCOTT:plz scott dont show too many cable exercises most of us dont go to a gym but workout with dumbells, barbells and do pull ups chin ups and other exercises with cheap but i believe with the most natural and in my opinion best equipment to increase strenght and mass[ cables can cause many injuries because of the not natural range of motion of the human body does the exercises on cables sorry fot the bad english]thank you very much and plz continue your nice workouts ; ]
@johncena271 you couldnt be more wrong buddy, cables are an excellent way to get lean and ripped!!! if u think that they are an unnatural, your doing them WRONG!!!! you should get injured using cables hence why they were invented!
@J4AProductions heey there. im jed hassell and i saw your comment.. i know you wernt asking me but i am in the early stages of bodybuilding etc.. I take pure protein and creatine. i find the creatine helps me mentaly down the gym to stay more focust.. and the protein is awsome ans it is a high carb one so i will put on weight in all the right places (Y)
Is this exercice good ? Would you use this or the regular bench press or dumbell press?
