record a source demo by typing record in the console and then record that playback with fraps

there's a great thread on steamforums about this. Don't use fraps. Use the ingame recording mechanics. Better graphics and more fps and you get the sound real horrorshow as well.

I don't like sniper frag videos where they show off all their l33t Scout point blank shots. I'm sure skill is a factor, but there is a fair amount of luck as well. I know the point of a frag video is to show off, but I cant help but wonder how many times they just completely wiff that shot and the Scout just plows right through him.
