  • diy is the way to go!

  • too much cocaine,

  • deze gast werkt pas snel

  • wow i bet he cant wait to get home, he works so fast

  • I can believe how jealous you are with those bad comments not just that he wouldn't be taking those jobs if you gringos wouldn't be so fr..... Lazy and get to work like you suppose to,and talking about drugs and alcohol, this country have plenty of drug addicts to buy dope to the whole world and I'm probably talking about your brother, son or dad, and remember you are also immigrants .....

  • love knuckleheads that think going fast means talented and capable.

  • :)

  • 1. its easy to move fast anyone can. but why the hell does he use so many staples . i hope he doesn't use this same method on pre finished :/ can u say dented wood ?

  • Wow! Looks more like he's kicking rocks than that expensive ass wood. Mexicans don't give a shit!!!

  • I wouldnt hire him

  • Journey always jacks me up when I'm laying the "hard wood"...

  • @TheJohnnyrobusto that's what your women says when i give her the the 'wood' HARD!

  • End gaps and improper spacing... the home owner is to rich to know better.

  • Way to many staples. Joints are way to close together

  • You get what you pay for when Speedy Gonzalez is hopped up on Cervesa and Crack

  • @WakeUpDummies doesn't show ya shit in this video.

  • @nicsword1 Exactly. Except how to look like a total douche by going fast as hell. I wouldn't want him touching my shit

  • what's the difference of hardwood floor or floating floor? Is the same thing? and that guy is mad or earns for m2, he doesn't care the quality of the work is like the day work for him is finish and he rush for beer

  • use a real nailer, not one with air!!! then lets see what you got.......

  • 100 bucks says when he moved that tool box he scratched the hardwood.

  • Wow, wow, wow. Slow down pancho. You gonna ruin the floor, that's for sure.

  • WOW

  • he good

  • he can do my place any time..............

  • Fast

    Cheap

    Quality

    Pick two

  • Lol, yeah, he made this for the sake of a 3min youtube video. Going at his pace, he's probably beat after 10 minutes of this. No one installs that fast, especially if you do this for a living. 300-500sq ft per day is what a worker should be putting depending on what type of area he is working in (hallways, big open rooms, etc)

  • My question do u use Nell ?

  • This guy is fast but has no finesse, I'm sure he has potential to become a good installer with proper training, the thing that troubles me is all of the negative comments being posted by I'm assuming mostly white owners of companies which they're entire work force is hispanic, most of them probably haven't picked up a nail gun or an edger in years, hahaha lazy bastards! Stop talking smack and get out there n get your hands dirty!

  • Now its time to make a bunch of bad cuts and smear wood filler in the gaps!! He cant install all day like that , he just blew his load!!

  • Very skilful grafter. I bet he earns excellent Dollars !

  • not at all a "professional"

  • wow,how is his shoes after working,haha..

  • Energy Efficient Windows, Quality Bathroom Renovations, Superior Commmercial Floors

    JBM Projects

  • @tag1989 you're right, I'm jealous I can't go that fast and do the job the right way. I could lay floor that fast had I not care about stair stepping everything out that far. Too many staples/nails per board. It won't necessarily hurt the floor, but it does show that he's over-killing the project and could be using a ton less staples/nails, saving more money. Staples and nails aren't cheap! His stair stepping is way too close and once the floor is laid and you step back you could tell an obvio

  • lol all these negative comments, you guys are so jealous.

  • 1 staples in 1st 12 inches of board....thats gonna do alot

  • SWEET JOB!!!! It took 2 professionals to install 1100 Square feet 6 days and still looks like shit. Don't ask!

And to anyone who is talking shit, get a life! How can you sit here say it looks like shit when the pixels suck. I have a HD Mac Monitor and I can't see crap.

So many know it alls. I'm a lawyer by day and I'm really batman!

  • what a bad job dud, i dont like it at all, yu think that u are fast but u doing shiits only ,will all buckling , not good,

  • hey u are doing really bad job there, is the way to install that is like the chinese cheap job to much close the danm joints, i dont like it at all.

  • stagger to close. too many nails towards end of each stave. believe it or not , there is a recomended amount and distance for nails per stave. for something thats meant be down for decades, i'd prefer to take a bit more time, not just load it out and bosh, bosh...anyway, just my opinion ... also would have removed skirting / baseboards, on a job lke this. if youre gonna do the job, do it properly as the saying goes.

  • Comment removed

  • I'm a Home Improvement contractor and I must say Wow! you're fast, and I bet you made lots of money because you finished the job way ahead of time. I bet the customer is F' ing sad everytime they walk into that F'd up room. You thought it was a good idea to butt the ends directly to the wall too, with no room for expansion. That will create some buckling issues. It's contractors like this that make me look like a god. Fast = crap, do you realize you just reduced the value of their home, dope

  • Incredible speed

  • Sorry but the way this floor is being installed is not the correct way of doing it the joints are to close together there is supposed to be more space between them and not look like a pattern if your gonna put a video make sure its done right

  • man is that guy fast, but quality of work tends to suffer when you are going that quickly . And whats with not taking the baseboards off?

  • You are crazy installing this floor and you don't even check if each joints create a gap. I'm sure the floor that you installing is not your house. You did not even bother removing the base board before you install the wood floor.

  • You're an idiot! You don't have to remove base board! you add Quarter Round jack ass! Shows how much you know!

  • hes just puting small peses ur so idiot and u dont know nothing about floor i swear

  • stupid worker and hes very slow i swear

  • hey folks, I cum into tissues.

  • I have yet to click on "ANY" video of someone working and there's not at least 90% of the comments saying something is wrong! But you rarely if EVER see them post any goddamn thing themselves...EVERYONE"S a pro on a keyboard I assume...!

  • wow this dude is a joke and so is his company, another reason to go union

  • This dude is a douce bag! Why in the hell does he think going fast makes him a pro? First he is using too many staples per board and not spacing them correctly, and most of all his stack is all jacked up. Way too close together. I bet there a gaps in his boards.

  • @markwilliams04 HAHAHAHAHAHA HE DOES IT FAST BECAUSE HE IS A TRUE GRAFTER. he dosent have time to waste. imagine how much house e could be doing in a day :)

  • @markwilliams04 I agree. Faster is not always better. Especially if the last few rows are not parallel to the wall.

  • @markwilliams04 You think he speaks English?? or has a green card? I bet not. yeah come to America take our work while were in a depression and work for nothing. No work in your country? So you come over here and work for peanuts... They got insurance or work comp probably not. Life wasn't so good over there huh?? Pay your dues then I'll have respect

  • @markwilliams04 agreed

  • @markwilliams04 This guy is haulin ass!! and he used just enough staples, anything else would lead to a squeaky floor. This is how you do a hardwood floor "The Right Way"!!

  • One of the quickest ways to see if your floor has been installed by amateurs, is to see if it's got long or repeated "step" patterns in it. This floor has at least 2 big ones in the small example shown here. The other big clue is having joints too close together ie: less the twice width of the board. (3 inch boards should have joints no closer than 6 inches). This floor has many like that. Very low quality workmanship.

  • dont you pull the base boards up first

  • He doesnt need a handle on his gun either! Far less stable for nailing a floor at speed.I guess you just get used to one sort of method and technique. Bunch of haters! lol

  • Wow all of you "professionals" make me laugh and cringe at the same time! The guy is doing a good job in my opinion. That floor is going nowhere! Certainly wont squeek! His spacings are fine.I do not believe that his nailing is bad at all.The baseboards are either raised or have been undercut allowing the floor to slip under.Fine job.We glue and secret nail (same gun) here in New Zealand cos our climate is harsh with high humidity.

  • That's roughly a million nails per board all at the end?

    Superb job? I think not

  • Comment removed

  • Believe me people. What this guy is doing is horrible. I had some guys put my hardwood floors a couple of years ago and even though they didnt do it fast like this it still came out wrong. Now after 2 years some spots make a cracking sound and if u look closely the floors are not even fitted together properly. You can see gaps. I just wish I can fix them but I dont know how.

  • @jmi84 So this guy is doing it wrong because you hired someone completely different and your floors are not like you wanted?

  • @RHServant

    Absolutely!!!

  • I'd like to see this guy work on a prefinished flooring. I could bet money he hates engineered flooring.

  • wow...that staggger is horrrible...this guy is not even checking if they are lined up properly...

  • Brutal. Midas well go with laminate if you don't care about the quality. I can't imagine the home owner was happy.

    This guy does everything wrong.

  • Hello, quick question.....

What is the minimum compressor size (6 gallon?) that is required for that nail gun to work properly?

  • For every 20 minutes he saves the company, he gets a free burrito at taco bell.

  • if he goes any faster he will be invisible!!

  • A perfect example of do you want it done fast OR do you want it done right? You can't have both. I do hope this video wasn't made to impress.

  • @jonineese Yeah how does he control his expansion around the edges by slopping it in like that? All I know steady work is way better than rushing fast work. I hate fast hack jobs. I mean he is working hard and I'm sure some clueless people are amazed at his speed. Now a days on many of the jobs I work at people think the job will take like 2 hours because all they do is watch diy shows. Mike Holmes says make it right and good work takes time.

  • A perfect example of do you want it done fast OR do you want it done right? You can't have both.

  • I would never pay this guy to do my floors. I would do it myself, take my time and do it right with minimum gaps

  • Why are tso many of these boards like1-3 feet long don't they come much longer that that when you buy them??? That's doesn't create a very strong floor - that's to many joints that will lead to less integrity in the floor.

  • hes not even really that fast...and whats up with the joints? and why does the first half of each board get 1 nail and a kick and the last half gets like 6 nails? its gonna squeek everywhere!

  • i can go that fast for 4 minutes no problem. whats with all the tools on top of the new floor >:/

  • look how close he is staggering the joints,

    hes not got a clue,

perfect example of how to fuck up a floor

  • He is fast but the floor will be there for decades. Therefore, I think it is more important to invest in say 6 hours of more work than see an error that will haunt you every time you enter that room.

    Again, he is fast.

  • Geesh I wouldn't want this guy doing my floor, look at him hitting the ends of the boards with that hammer?

  • @Turkeydoodlers but the hammer have a Rubber side, than Rubber bumpers protect pre-finished floors against marring.

    look again.

  • lol, so many pro's on youtube

  • woooooww.. I have a basic question...

What does the yellow machine do? how does it work?

    thx,

  • A great job man!!!!!!!!!!!!! don't listen to all these haters.

  • in that i use to work in atlanta for 8 years but more faster than you.

  • lots of mistakes nailing distance, etc.. i would like to see him installing 3000 sqf. not professional

  • fast is definately not quality. yes he is fast...but look at his nailing pattern. 3 foot board has 1 nail in the first half of the board and like 6 in the last half. I'll take quality over speed any day

  • He's using a lot of shorties.

  • can you imagine back pain after fitting this foor

  • Nice job. I'd throw my damn back out. Lol.

  • damn, they musta had a sale on nails....

  • Dont listen to these haters. Quality .... faster ..... bulllshit buddy ur a legend. play on playa

  • Man, you're awesome!!!!!

  • Obviously, most of you have never owned your own business. This is the speed it is done. If your doing it slow, then you don't know what your doing. In the middle of the floor you work quickly. When you get close to the walls you work a little more carefully. I've seen plenty of guys that could do a better job in 1 day as someone that took 3 days to "do it right." If you own your own company you love having a guy like this.

  • @ctm8633

I'd hate to see your flooring claims callback list.

  • The quality more important like the speed.

  • the joint seems to be the same ,hes installing like a stair...youre not supose to instal like that.We have a modified gun to nail the hardwood, we have a trigger on it.Ill post a video soon

  • He probably gets paid per sq ft.. you get quality out of hourly paid well uys most of your sq ft installers are hacks.. that is such a louzy pattern and the nailing is poor..

  • I'll bet that floor is all buckled by now!!

  • ..house to rent... ;) this is fast and expensiv, lol

  • yeah he is fast, fast at fucking a floor up. shitty nail pattern and stair stepped joints everywhere. i feel bad for whoever paid for that floor.

  • i wouldnt even wanna go fast especially doin hardwood floors or any type of construction job even if it takes u 2 more days then the original time at least thereyre gunna get good quality out of ur work and on top of that theyll recomend u to someone...so my opinion u suck lol

  • Put a handle on that gun.Stair step to close. He have the raw talent but has not been taught the right way to install. If he came to Wash. DC to could teach him a few thing.

  • Put a handle on that gun

  • He works well.his speed the same as our company but his 2nd nail is about 10-15 inches to wide ...nailing pattern is great but that 2nd nail

  • this is crazy..fast is not the job.the job is slow and clean and gud..how could you know if you have a nail in your gun..?

  • @lito3211 i dont like how this guy works either....but the gun makes a more "echoing" sound when you are out of naills....

  • I agree joints are recommended to be doulble width of board or roughly middle of one makes for a stonger and better looking floor. I also think this guy sure has speed and woud like to try a Primatech Floorng gun wich i like personally.

Click on my name to see the gun i pefer.

  • I agree joints are recommended to be doulble width of board or roughly middle of one makes for a stonger and better looking floor. I also think this guy sure has some speed and woud like to try a Primatech Floorng gum wich i like personally.

Click on my name to see the gun i pefer.

  • those joints are wayy to close together...Shit job.

  • You'er fired!

  • He should be playing drums with some metal band.

  • yikes... i would not want that being done in my house.... one staple, skip two or three feet, then ten staples.... how much damage was that mallot doing to the wood.? take it easy.... messy jobsite too.

  • I'll go against this guy any day...and you my floor will be nailed every 4 to 6 " the proper way.....wow this is not how it's done!! :(

  • takes skill to lay with that kinda speed good job!!!

  • Hey ! remember that job u did saturday morning at my place.. ?! Could u plz come back do some repairs like cracked planks and skid marks all over the place ?? LOL Btw it's a good thing to measure straightness once in a while... whatever. Hope he did not get paid hourly =)

  • fasst lol... was good quality, floor was laid out nice too

  • You got one staple on the left side of the board, none in the middle and 35 on the right. Tounges gonna break off the right side of the board........LOL !!!!!

  • @dragnsilverado lol i just noticed

  • That Guys a LEGEND!!!!

  • @bengaliTq this guy needs to be shown the proper way to install :(

  • how do i know how much floor for mi room?

is there a way to work it out after i measure the room?

  • Wow! He's fast!

  • waste of staples. its harder to space staples out properly speed doesn't mean anything wothout quality. I counted 3 -4 staples in a 2 inch space. this is not recommended

  • haha bunch of whiteies jealous of the brown power. most of these floors are installed to last for life, and in this case the quality is not being compromised by any of his fast installing. lets see: subfloor is already set, wood is sorted out, the only thig left is to nail it down with the (regulated, prefabricated)air gun. the big difference is that this mexi bro is going to get this done in one day and not three

  • @ujr2007 I am faster than him believe that or not. But like I said in my othe comment that rack looks like shit and when you rack a floor with that many joint together... You get a weak floor PERIOD. I am not knocking his race or his speed but the stagger is way to close.

  • @aypllepay thats for real and i know his back will be killing him

  • @aypllepay

    Hello, quick question.....

What is the minimum compressor size (6 gallon?) that is required for that nailgun to work properly?

  • @aypllepay I agree That floor is going to have a few problems down the road.

  • Man that guy is fast.....But I dont belive quality can be achieved by doing anything that fast.........Mexicans rig everything !!!!!!!!!

  • @sonny4223 THIS IS A NOT MEXICAN , THAT'S A LITTLE BE OF BRAZIL , WE SPEAK PORTUGUESE NOT THIS SHIT SPANISH .

  • @MarquinhoBrasuca27 I apolagise, for saying that...I am portuguese,,,Have a good day...A. Abrao

  • @MarquinhoBrasuca27 you should learn to speak english first... fucking brazilian ignorant.

  • He is pretty fast but the stagger looks bad. You dont want that many joints that close together.

  • I'm guessing this isn't his house...

  • this guy will redo it in a year or so

  • looks like he's doing a fine job to me making sure everything is nice and tight. I'd hire this guy in a heartbeat.

  • rough job, no expansion joint around skirting, would love to see him ripping it up just as fast , because thatll buckle .

  • prtty good . . .if is fast it doesnt mean bad work. . . is just experience!!!!!

  • when you try to showout you almost always make mistakes..how many nails do it take to nail one board??

  • this is fast un profetional installetion, I can see tehy don't know about stagger, expanding gaps and how much joint sizes has tobe. nice show but this floor in short time will buckles

  • how much would this cost to do saying that the room I wanted to do is 300 sq. ft?

  • Pretty impressive! But if that were his house I don't think he'll move that quick.. no "care" in the install. Showing off for the camera!

I'm surprised he doesn't have some latin salsa blasting since he's practically dancing..

  • poor job

  • too many small pieces,no expansion joints.try doin that with pre-finished flooring, and you'll be rippin it back out..

  • Comment removed

  • I can't believe what I just saw..... And not in a good way.

  • its like a dance lol!

  • Maybe i am just old, But to me, you just can't beat the manual nailers. He's fast, but that is from the air. He'll still sleep good! Nice work.

  • this is another how not to install video...nice speed.. you may want to slow down and work on your nailing pattern tho. you have one staple and 16 inches later another..not good. one inch from the end joint and 2 inches apart after for max stability. Nice stair stepping too. very "professional" nothing like having hundreds of end joints on top of each other..great look!

  • but you are using 6,7,8 steples a piece of wood its a lot of steples.

  • I think that's what you call a professional

  • dude thats music, if you install that fast and is done right, my hat off to you master

  • porra mano ja observei varios videos de batedores de piso .vcs acham que e velocidade, mais esquecem de colocar grampo ,ou prego nas maquinas .servico rapido garantia e qualidade zero.

  • you look like a bulldyke

  • I'll have what he's having....

  • Good work buddy! I am doing a full house with bamboo next week. Should be some good exercise! haha

  • slave worck if you doit this all day !!!!!!! your Bones are CRACKKKKKKKKKKK EHHEHE AND BACKKKKK

  • @jmhz71 yea slave work that makes alot more money than many college graduates with a high end degree, i work this and i get paid 90 cents a square foot for installation only, another crew does the sanding..me and my partner knock out between 600 and 900 square feet a day, five days a week I love payday saturdays

  • good worker i hope he gets pay weel

  • he has nothing on me

  • This dude is a seriously fast nailer!!, waisting some money on staples tho with nailing so many so close together like that. And props to whoever racked it out!

  • I do this for work and I thought I was fast at nailing. I will say that you are putting too many staples too close togather though.

  • I will fire this guy on the spot if i was my house...

  • @cutixiu dude get a clue I have been working on hardwood floor for 13 years and u dont know a thing. He fast damn fast.
