Actually no, I own both the Caliber SRT and the Neon SRT and the Neon was still faster from a roll than the Caliber was .. stock vs stock. My Caliber is pretty quick though.. it does have a nice top end
@tirycrane ...no They are heavier with the same exact engine, with propper hp/tq numbers this time. The 03-05srt4 was rater 230/250 from Dodge then people dynoed them and got 250whp... so the 285hp on the Caliber SRT4 sticker is the same # the 03-05 made. They did make a more driver friendly daily driver with the Caliber but the shifter kills it and the exhaust has no note. Not SRT enough for me.
damn what were the mods to the srt? which is still the fastest FWD, 4 cyl car, which yes is a turbo from factory four door grocery getter neon, that runs 13s stock and gets 30mpg the only car to EVER do this from factory costing less than $25,000 haters gonna hate

the t-rex's are like bike's thier quick to pick up speed but can be beat by a car in the long run. Idk how much hp they push but i know the top speed for some t-rexs is 177 mph.
