  • Check out the Red Bull chopper.

  • I have seen RC choppers go inverted and stay that way. Never the real thing. Amazing. Always wondered if they could.

  • As long as at least 1 G is maintained on the blades anything is possible. If not the fold and you die.

  • not a genius, only training and ability

  • Awesome , fly by wire , you can't do these manuevers on a reg. chopper,,,I's gots to get me one of these !

  • No trick photography at all. The Bo-105 was our anti tank helicopter, extremely maneuverable... and, of course, a bit of training is needed...

    Google it...

  • Shit music instantly spoils vids so why do it?

  • totally real the 105 military version modified with a stiff head is no problem , but training is needed not many normal pilots can do this they think they can , but the 105 is an amassing machine , dial it up and enjoy

  • A youtube video of a youtube video with a lower framerate. Lovely.

  • Shame about the 1 frame per second shit video.

  • trick photography..... even with the poor quality clip, its pretty obvious that it is an actual heli performing the aerobatics, just a shame it's not a BK117.

  • Anyone out there who believes this is not possible, is simply uneducated

  • @rennager1 lol... bo 105 look for the other videos- and educate yourself :)

  • @rennager1 right, and just because it is not an American helicopter an pilot it automatically qualifies it as a fake.... wake up friends in the US. Ask yourselves who invented the helicopter ;-)

  • @DeVizardofOZ I know ,I know ,,calm down , bro, the guy you replied to is an idiot

  • nice graphics on this video game

  • @maxtomious quality of this video is really bad.... but bo 105 is capable of doing this look for other videos...

  • The pilot is Chuck Norris.....

  • Helicopter Flight Instructor here -- any student pilots or people thinking of taking flight training should take away from this video how small his control movements are with his hand. You can see the helicopter is doing crazy shit and he's moving his hand probably less than two inches. Take a deep breathe, relax, and chill out. If you're an airplane pilot let go, more right pedal.

  • @colinbcolby I completely agree.

  • Too bad the vid has the Jock Jams vol 11 blaring or you would hear me in the back screaming "AAAAAHHHHHHHHH!"

  • Or what for sure

  • couldn't pay me to ride wit him lmao

  • fuck trying to out fly this dude he is awesome but im not sure i would want to fly in any helicopter that dude has flown it looks like the helicopter takes some abuse awesome video poor effects

  • helecopter is the hardest thing to use at flight simulator

  • bucket list

  • Genius - Extraordinary intellectual and creative power. The guy is very skilled, not sure of his IQ though.

  • Yep thats all legit helicopter flying in a highly modified machine to take all the positive and negative G pushovers. Excellent skills and very large balls.

  • i can do that shit

  • Nice.by the way this is the red bull heli

  • @fiverats1

I would guess its a german army BO105. And having seen this actually in real life... these manouvers are possible with this little machine. (stills needs flying skills though)

  • the red bull helicopter does all that

  • ill be back i think i jus shit my pants

  • in that chopper i dont see it but it could be possable

  • his name is Chuck Aaron. He is the official helicopter pilot for the Redbull Extreme team. He Customized that helicopter greatly to be able to pull off his aerobatics.

  • I don't where he's from or who made it. That's talent.

  • Less shitty quality version available at /watch?v=sHhflBB_VpA

  • Aaahhh german quality :P Bo105 is the only fully acrobatic heli in world

  • thats jst a bf2 pilot

  • fly sim....

  • Did you enjoy the champagne and oysters........ because the the second part of your activity day out, is a ride with the helicopter man.

  • That's pretty incredible. Now that's a person who is dedicated to practice.

  • Its all real. Look up other youtube videos of a German BO-105 helicopter

  • Def a real vid

  • This HAS TO BE fake... that little chopper couldn't even lift this man's BALLS!!!!

  • Interesting...but I've seen a Cobra over Danang Harbor skim the waves at 170+ mph, pull vertical into a Hammerhead stall, kick the tail around and dive. The pilot pulled out of the dive and headed back the way he came at the same speed and altitude. Show something like this and then I will be impressed. Otherwise, ho hum.

  • I can do that with my hand ¬.¬

  • Is this genius or just cheating death?

  • Hellise can fly inverted these days ,I've seen army hellies fly inverted and do loops inverted flight is not possible with all hellies but most can .

  • Oh my lord, this turns me on so frkkin much! :O

  • I can't see what he's doing...cut, cut, cut, cut...really stupid editing. Let me watch what's happening. Every time something interesting is about to happen, there's a cut. arrrgghh!

  • This is a MBB-105, which is now part of Eurocopter. If you think it may be trick photography. Go check out the Red Bull Helicopter stunt pilot. He too uses the MBB-105. It was developed for medical transport, but has adapted well to just about every mission.

  • I'd puke all over the place if I was in there!!

  • @enterscope1parachute, I'd out puke you!

  • Or its just the fact he is in the second most agile helicopter??

    The Lynx??

(I've done plenty of loops in them.)

  • wat up with the porno music??

  • I cant imagine if he fail

  • Comment removed

  • look up the blue eagles, the army display team they do this with lynx and gazelle helicopters. its pretty sweet

  • @tomskiyy

You can't do this with Gazelle. You can do something similar with Lynx because of the rigid hub.....but not with the same agility (Lynx is a heavier aircraft).

  • Was this video filmed with a bar of soap?

  • @Rijelthelovefool No, it was filmed with a empty toilet roll.

  • Yes it's real, several heli's are capable of back flips by only the most skilled of pilots. The reverse pitch mentioned below would be turbine suicide unless computer controlled and governed by the TOT and turbine and transmission output pressure, temp ,and torque gauges to name a few.The negative pitch is ONLY for Lift off/set down in: extreme weather emergency situations and on or off of moving pads to apply downforce until tie downs are secured or removed.Like from a ship in high seas.

  • Fuck it, I want one too!

  • This is totally real, in efect, the reverse blade pitch feature allows helicopters to fly upsidedown, this wasnt posible before this model of helicopter ( a German design ) as well as the "Tiger" attack helicopter appeared, currently only the Tiger helicopter and this German model are the only two helicopters that can perform upside down fligh and this is due to their reverse pitch feature on their main rotor blades.

  • i swear if i was flying with this guy id shit myself

  • Is it harder to become a helo pilot or fighter jet pilot anyone know? Im shipping off to USAF BMT soon and my ultimate goal is to become a pilot.

  • @crzzymnn911 Hiya! I hope you get an answer on your question. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE TO OUR COUNTRY! I FOR ONE APPRECIATE YOU AND ALL THE OTHER GUYS. My son is a Marine. Not active now, but he still is a Marine. Good Luck!!

  • @BABABONDOMAXMAN

    That's a German pilot.

  • hes not a genius hes a what...

  • Nice way to fool the enemy though :)

  • This guy trained String Fellow Hawk

  • @videocommenter67 I second that. It's true.

  • Vomit comet

  • Pilot, I love you like a brother.

  • nice flying but would all that keep the heat seeking missile off his 6

  • phhhh! I do stuff like this all the time........ with my trex :)

  • Is this the same pilot from that video where the same looking BO-105 is flying real close to trees also old footage, flying low and fast...called "Insane Helicopter Pilot"..

    Is this that pilot?

  • Airwolf music anybody?

  • This aircraft seems to be more agile than the Apache, less weight, and Bragg is full of Dumb Sh*ts.

  • @hunts168 Well, indeed, due to it's "rigid rotor system" and it's extremely lightweight design the Bo-105 will easily outmanouver the apache, but it was designed for a totally different task, so, what they have in Bragg ain't that bad. ;)

  • The designers are the genius'

  • German Army! Yeah!

  • damn no eject button...

  • This helicopter is a Eurocopter BO-105. Similar to the Red Bull BO

  • The rigid rotor system on the 105 is what allows this kind of maneuverability The MBB 117 and now some Eurocopter Helo's have it also. Take a look at the Red Bull BO 105 videos for more great piloting.

  • Hmm im not sure. Helicopters were never designed to do this. He must be changing the collective pitch within a few seconds or shtf. Nice job

  • its great video but is there an even better copy of it out there somewhere are it deserves savouring?

  • Awesome Power to Rate ratio, it is all Real, and Damn Good Piloting.

Eurocopters are very Stable even in forced stalls-as exampled.

  • oh my god you have a horrible taste in music

  • when upright (accelerate) when upside down (decelerate), with reversible blade, pretty cool like apaches.

  • and someone puke! like i might inside of that or watching too long this video!

  • i cant even do this in BF3, dis guy got skills mang

  • @SuperReptus you can in Battlefield 2 though =]

  • @local9 yeah true that man but i was still shit at it lmao

  • ALL OF YOU STUPID KIDS POSTING YOUR SCENES FROM A VIDEO GAME SHOULD BE BANNED FROM THIS SITE UNTIL YOU GROW UP.

    TAKE YOUR MUSIC WITH YOU.

  • To no fearFilms it's a MBB (Messerschmitt-Bölkow-Blohm ) Bo 105

  • freak

  • what is the type of this helicopter? what's the name anyone know?

  • its not a rc helicopter

  • Lots of skills and massive balls.

  • @ macsgrafs :

Your right. The Guy that Flys loops with the Bo105 is just the same guy that flew the chopper in the vid. Its retired captain Rainer Wilke from the german army aviation school in Bückeburg, germany where this Film was made. Missed him there by a Year. He still is a legend at the Army aviators in Germany, no matter which one you ask.

And a very nice guy. You can see Stefan Raab fly with him on YouTube.

  • skids are for kids

  • rather normal routine stuff for attack helicopters. This is how scouts stay alive.

  • @1950Viper sorry but that's nonsense, as a pilot I can tell you this is anything but normal.

  • when i grow up

i want 2 be as gd as him :)

  • This is the longest gif I"ve ever seen.

  • wow!!!

    thank yoy!!!

    Greaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat!!!

  • Its a BO105, wicked little heli...I think there is one that does loops etc with a redbull scheme.

  • dad how much where you drinking

  • The army pilots at fort Bragg didn't do those maneuvers, the reason he is able to do those type of maneuvers is cause his helicopter has a rigid rotor system. The Apache, and Blackhawk helicopters have fully articulating rotor systems and are not capable of these maneuvers.

  • @EatonRedLobster Yes they are, have you never seen an Apache do a backflip?

  • Thats so easy, even i can do that.... on my rc helicopter

  • I would get diszzy xD

  • Yea ! then when it crashes later on a routine run, every one will be scratching there heads going but why? HAAAAAAAA

  • Comment removed

  • porno music

  • @Fairfuzzle i watched like 15 videos today that had a comment saying that lol

  • @rubiksmagicsolver098 wonder what videos? ;)

  • The MBB is one of the most maneuverable helicopters ever made aside from the Lynx, equipped with negative pitch they can do some pretty awkwardly amazing stunts.

  • What do you expect from a skin head? lol

  • @THEMSASBOYZ not very much at all ever in any circumstance no matter what given condition and any plausible or fathomable application regardless of what may occur in the future short of global chemotherapy.

oh wait, they make great mall cops, though "disturbed" kinda negates any plusses there...

  • Comment removed

  • @duwadnum Stereotyping reduces your capacity to look intelligent.

  • The Bo 105 can do that. Watch the Mi-34 videos.

  • one day he will take the dream of becoming a KAMIKAZE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • The Bo 105. It`s real it`s a German Pilot from Fritzler and a German Bo 105 from Laupheim

  • @Evofight3r The Helicopter is a BO105 of the Heeresfliegerwaffenschule in Bückeburg, Niedersachsen. Identifiable through the squadron emblem on the nose.

  • the view outside the cockpit while he maneuvers looks like complete chaos. i dont know how anyone could even begin to keep their bearings straight

  • thats the same kind of chopper that the red bull stunt flier uses, and he does loops and rolls in the red bull chopper

  • this is real. its an BO-105, an older german Anti-Tank-Helicopter. Its still in use today for extreme trick flying. Loopings and reverse flying is possible (without problems)!

  • That's trick!

  • This is real. The setup is totally different. As in reverse blade pitch and power on when the collective is in the down position. Not mention a set of stones the size

    of grapefruits.

  • @Fast2PiSquared Forgive me if I am misunderstanding you but are you implying the BO-105 has a rotor system in which it's main rotor blades use "reverse" pitch?

  • @Fast2PiSquared this helicopter does not have reverse pitch, also all helicopters maintain power on with collective full down unless the pilot himself cuts the power. He is not actually hovering upside down but rather temporarily keeping the helicopter in an upside down position while descending.

  • @Fast2PiSquared Reverse pitch blades, huh? That's a new one. Where did you get that little tid bit of info?

  • @aligerous his anus

  • @Fast2PiSquared normal sized bollocks. the pilot knows what the thing can and can't do. doing it two foot above the ground is what requires grapefruit.

  • looks like a messerschmit bolkow, yeah it's real shit

  • Holy crap in my pants!!!!! That defies the laws of physics!

  • or what....

  • Red Bull Helicopter does back flips!

  • Comment removed

  • What is the name/artist of this song?

  • Genius??? why would he be called a genius? He isn't doing anything any different than any very expierenced pilot capable of doing lol I have seen Army pilots at Fort Bragg do the very same thing with their Apaches. He is a good pilot.

  • @luckiman2004 hoorah! fayetteville nc

  • @luckiman2004 What you say can't be true. Due to the build concept of the Apache's rotorhead it can't do the movements this helicopter makes. It's a german build BO105. There are only 2 standard helicopters in the world wich can do this kind of movements. It's this BO105 and the british Lynx.

  • looks like a fully articulated system

  • It sure looks like it's a trick or a flybarless rc model, but this is exactly what the Red Bull BO-105 does at air shows world-wide. I love helicopters, but am not sure if I'd be able to take the G-forces in such maneuvers, lol!

  • @stot2614 A helicopter won't really pull much more than 3, maybe 4 Gs so your body could probably take it, fast jets will make you black out, this not so much.

  • @SheepJumpFish That doesn't mean I wouldn't lose my lunch after so many rolls and loops, LOL! :D

  • Hi there! This is a version of the very stout and venerable MBB BO-105 helicopter and the reason that it is so maneuverable is largely due to the fact that is is equipped with a rigid (hingeless) rotor system and is by design exceptionally responsive to any control inputs. This is NOT trick photography by the way. I have about 600 hours in the BO-105 so I have some background in the aircraft.

  • that is amazing.surely it can't be done though?????
