A Realtor will not hire you if you are not insured. It is best to have a business name and a phone number that they can contact you by. To get the best out of this business you might want to create a uniform to wear when doing these jobs. This makes you look more professional, then other people. Also, make sure you get a business license, and a basic Uhaul truck isn't going to do it for this type of business. Uhaul trucks doesn't look professional, you want to look professional to a Realtor.

all you need is a basic $250k insurance policy.

and just general liability, and also a trailer from the uhaul on cost about $25 per day to rent.
