All good tips I don't think you mentioned keeping your elbows in? having said that i could never bench that way I was more of a elbows out mild arch type bencher with longer arms. I even benched liked this in competition I never had a problem your bench looks kinda low?
@surfsoccer11 My butt actually stays in contact with the bench the entire time. In a competition, you'll need to wear a singlet so the judges can make sure your but stays down. Thanks for the comment.

For better form, try to keep both wrists as straight as possible.

Thanks man that helped alot, im stuck at 240 right now. pushing back to my head really helped with my heavy reps when i bench.
