This is why I can barely even watch an NFL game anymore. Over the last 10 years and especially the last 4 the NFL has become less about sport and more about entertainment. It is basically a Hollywood film.

ESPN, fantasy football, NBC's Football night in America are to blame more than most about the NFL becoming a complete joke.

Mark my words. This direction the league has taken will come back and bite them in the ass soon rather than later. I predict a backlash within 5-7 years from fans.

expectations for the players conduct are higher, why? because their being paid VERY WELL and as I mentioned before, they got fans and millions of ppl across the nation watching them
