true but reso's 100 bpm tracks are more like 140+ bpm. listen to technetium, that was supposedly 100 bpm too. besides, bpm is only used to characterize genres to give listeners an idea of how fast the music is. if it doesn't fit the frame can you really use it? now that i listen more closely there is a Hip Hop aspect however the addition of the bongos negates that a little and gives the percussion oriented feel that describes drumstep. i guess u could call it a hybrid.
