Truly sad in the lack of respect for the gravesites buy the builders who paved over them. The people who laid those pipes almost surely had to see the bones.

Actually the TRUST DID NOT FIND this sailors, Wendy (Burbage) Helinski did all the work to locale this sailors,

Did they find that one was a boy? I have searched for the site where I found the information and somehow lost it. He was about 14 years of age. I could not find the page where I had first seen this.
