  • I owned a brand new one CX500Euro, exactly like this, same colour (They also did them in white) around 1983, bought from the now defunct Action Motorcycles in Leicester for £1250.

    Great bike, no trouble at all.

    I am looking for one from Germany, where you are from, right? I am from Denmark, and I am looking for my first bike. I really wanted a cb500 or cb750 from the early 70´s, but the prices are insane. I was looking at ebay and autoscout to find a decent one - it doesn´t have to be 100% like yours, but it must be original, and in good condition. If you know anybody with a nice CX500E, please let me know! Have fun with your schmuckstück :-)

  • Thank you. My bike has 37 KW. I cant give a statement about your carburators. I must listen to it. It is possible that the Membrann has cracks. Change then only the Membrann. Good luck...
