im getting ready to build a 40'x64' post frame to be used as a shop. how did the building settle with the conctete being poured after? would it be better to pour it first?
@igetloose Thanks, We have not had much if any settling no cracks so far, but this is a unheated building for cattle. If i where you i would build the building then pour your floor/rat wall makes setting your grade much easier, we used 22A crushed concrete under the floor and compacted and watered it down for a few days before we poured the concrete
