yes they can this is probably console gameplay since it lacks AA in some parts. consoles are not all that weak if you acually know about specs they have a really good CPU and xbox has TRIPLE CORE 3.2 GHZ. and ps3 has 6 SMALLER cores that are 3.2GHZ but each is weaker on the ps3 which makes them almost the same dont forget GPU and graphics card..

Движок один и тотже просто в 5 части будет дитализацыя лутше прорисавка и всё такое.Вопрос как она будет работать с такой графикой вель в 4 части тоже были проблемы оптимизацыи в ней замечались фризы даже на мошных компюторах не смотря на сочитание карта крос или слай режымах .

There's a difference between CGI and actual IN-GAME footage. This comparison is useless, the trailer for gta v is cgi, and gta iv is in game footage..

It's a combination of pre-rendered cutscenes and in-game footage happening in real time but all using the in-game engine. CGI is computer generated imagery that does not use in-game graphics engine. THIS IS IN-GAME engine. But it's very likely running on a PC at this stage of development.
