Yeah, odd. At 1st I was like, "Nice moves!" then after it takes off as fast as it does, while turning, with out losing control, I was really surprised. I figured it was just a good driver, and it still may be. However, that fence thing is VERY weird. If it were not a police dash cam I would scream, "Fake! It's all smoke and mirrors!", but now I just don't know. Don't know what to think. The idea of ghosts is hard to believe cause it just seems so taboo, fake, crazy, etc... But who knows.
If you notice at 1:37 you see the fence post on the inside toward the officers car. If the fence was only wired at the top the fence would give like a doggy door. You dont see him go under is or the fence go back to the position becuase of the officers distance and the dust. But this happened to me while I was on a motorcycle. The fence acted like a doggy door but if the post were on the other side I probly wouldnt be typing this.
