@tenajg1 it's because when they created the parody, they wanted this scene to be in slow motion. so Hilly had to sing faster than the original so when they editer the movie, she wouldn't fall out of step with the song in the parody.

@Parlinear It might have been like that, because in the actual parody, it's moving a little bit slower than normal. So I guess they just slow it down. And it also makes more of an emotional effect.

Well I think it's because they wanted to slow down the video in the end. You know, that romantic partial slow-motion you see so often in videoclips. In order to get a slow-downed video that woud fit the lyrics, you need to record it with a faster music.
