i have watched the vid, there are no flaming items on the floor in my game regardless of how long i wait

vid shows nothing on fire, dude wailing on demon with the sword for a while, then ceiling panels are magically on fire.  i have followed this video to a T and none of this happens in my game. glitched because i can't get the XBL updates or am i doing something wrong? (literally doing it EXACTLY like the video)
