Hi Susan!! Soo beautiful album, love the papers and all the embellisments, love how is finish! TFS! But one question what is the binding?? (sorry if I write wrong! LOL :p) it looks great but I can't see very well the material... Big Hug mon ami!! Maggy :)
@MaggyTronche Thank you so much Maggy! The binding is made out of 4 cardstock tabs. I learned this book technique from CreativeCafeGirl. She even has tutorial on how to place the tabs on the envelopes. Check her out. This was a fun, fun, fun album to put together. I don't have a lot of Halloween photos but I love Halloween paper and have tons of it. This was a great way to use some of it up. Thanks again for your sweet comment Maggy! Hugs.
Susan! Wow! It came out beautifully! I really love it! I can learn so much from the way you scrap. I'm glad you posted this...I've been waiting to see it. LOL What did you use for the black hinges? Is that cardstock or a black ribbon? I love how you worked the rickety trees, with bats in them. I've got to look for that die! And the house one! You could even use them for Christmas too by putting little christmas bling on them. I'm def going to have get them! LOL I love this album Susan. Hugs
@JBLdyScrapper48 Awe, thanks so much for your comment Karen, you are so sweet! xo The binding is just four little black tabs with eyelets I made from cardstock that stick out under all of the paper. They are quite sturdy. I learned how to do this book from Susie at CreativeCafeGirl. She has awesome ideas and even has a tutorial on how to place the tabs on the envelope. Check her out. This album was a LOT of fun to make & I love TH dies. Thanks again for your lovely comment Karen.. Hugs.
