Haha this is actually fantastic, quite the same as in the movie...'you had some fun' :)
Thanks for the sheet, too! Do you happen to have the one for Salieri's little piece? I know it's simple and I should be able to play it after hearing (if not on one hearing only:D ) but I'm a beginner
Very well played sir. I like the choice of using the Harpsichord. I have always prefered the Harpsichord over the piano. Such an exquisite sound. So regal sounding. Music fit for a king.
hello, exelent perfomance, hey im an amateur in piano im learning the chords and all that, and i was wondering if you can make a tutorial video of this piece ,please i will really appreciate that
PLEASE MAKE A VIDEO TUTORIAL OF MOZART MARCH FROM AMADEUS
Hi, Great stuff. Been looking for this sheet music. Clicked in the description link which you have given. That is not loading. Can you PLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEEASe email the sheet or a working link to sspanzerss@yahoo.com.. Thanks.
Little question, sometimes I play the harpsi myself in the music school and the teacher told me it need to be tuned A LOT .. so I want to know, do you do this yourself ? if you need a professional always, .. well that is quite expensive isn't ? and if you do it yourself, how much time does it take you each time ?
again wonderfull video .. ! I add this one, really LOVE IT !
Yes, I do it myself. You can learn it very quickly. I have a tuner with all the historic temperaments but I can tune also "by ear". I takes around 15-30 minutes. I do this maybe once in two month but that depends on the harpsichord. My harpsichord has also only one register that I have to tune.
@cembalo95 Oww thats very nice then ! :) .... well well well .. and once in 2 months ? thats not so many times I would expect ! because that teacher always needed to tune it if I ask to record some video's on it for my yt, always out of tune .. so she did going to tune it ! haha :)
anways, I am glad I have met you hear, you are highly talented .. thats for sure, I saw your channel on one fo Herwarja his video's where you both played/singed together ...... you are great. really !
I don't know how to read music, but I have a general idea what keys are what notes. Could you please tell me the notes, so I can learn to play? I play by ear Thank you so much...and thank you for the beautiful post!
They were still using A 415 Hz in Mozart's time. Raising the pitch occurred in the 19th Century to give instruments more volume in large symphony halls and opera houses.
Nice job. Why did you chose for a Bizzi harpsichord. As far as I know he doesn't always build after the original instruments (like Giusti or Ruckers).
thank you, sounds really good, and this is the best version of the Welcoming March from the movie Amadeus. congratulations. btw, could you tell me where to fing the sheet music?
After a long search for a cheap instrument, I found the harpsichord maker Bizzi at the musicfair in Frankfurt and I've bought a Bizzi Studio harpsichord.

I transposed the harpsichord to 415 Hz, the baroque pitch. But I don't know the exact pitch they played in Mozarts time.

@cembalo95 ohh i didnt know that. in the movie they played in standard C, which is what i figured they used because of the invention of the piano.
