Please remove this idiotic video. Most of your scoring information is completely wrong and you're doing a disservice. If you're going to do an "informative" video, get your damn facts straight before posting it for the world to see.

In case you haven't noticed 15 is the total of all the pin values. each ball is there fore REALLY scored as actual pins knocked down with that particular ball. It just so happens all pins down on first ball is called strike and maked with an "X". Knock all pins down with 2 ball that's a spare marked "/". If a 3rd ball is necessary it is still an "open" fram but you get the opportunity to pick up the remaining pins for a max score of 15 if 3 balls are thrown. Hope these explenations help.

The only thing I can give this guy credit for is knowing 5-pin bowling exists and that you get 3 balls per frame. He's also right on with the size of the pins and the fact there is rubber around theh belly. As far as actualy scoring goes this guy has NO CLUE what he's talking about. A strike counts 15 plus next 2 balls, spare is also 15 plus next next ball, thrid ball is not necessarily worth 5 it all depends which pins you actually knock down with ball #3. Values from L to R 2-3-5-3-2

5 pin bowling has a possible 45 points per frame

its 15 points + next 2 balls for a strike

and 15 + next ball for a spare

the middle pin is worth 5

the two pins beside the middle pin are worth 3

and the far pins are worth 2

If you get a strike it is worth 15 plus your next 2 balls.. A spare is 15 plus your next ball... If you knock them all down it's 15... Perfect games is 450, 3 strikes in a row is 45points times 10 frames in a game (45x10) = 450..

In 5 pin the pins are scored differently. In ten pin 3 strikes add up to 30 points because the pins are only 1 point each. in 5 pin 3 strikes add up to 45 points because the 2 corner pins are 2 points each, the two center pins are 3 points each, and the head pin is 5 points, making it 2 + 3 + 5 + 3 + 2 = 15. you were saying.....?

This guy is retardid you score it like this the next two balls after you throw a strick count towards your strick the strick in it self is always 15 plays your next to balls example 15 plus next ball is 5 plus next ball is 5 = 25 for the frame you got the strike and 15 for the next frame
