The police would NEVER, under any circumstances, use any type of force or violence against a group of truly peaceful protesters.

Pittsburgh, where i live, is a ghost town for many reasons. One, alot of the businesses are within the golden triangle, they were closed. Many decided to use the time as a vacation and get away. Buses are haphazard. If you dont have to be downtown, residents arent going. We breathed a huge sigh of relief when the police arrived. Why the protestors feel its ok to damage property to get their point across, i will never understand.
