I did all his exercises and some of Carole Maggio for 4 months (May to Sept) diligently. I would spend 1 hour exercising my face. For instance , i would do this same cheek exercise 30 times X3 and hold 30 seconds. As hard as i tried, i didn't develop any muscle. I was hoping the exercises would help with my flat cheeks and jawline. Sadly, nothing worked. My cheeks are as flat as ever
For those of you who had success, could you share what you did?
You looked great in your earlier videos, and i was wondering why you gained weight again, now i know. So, it's really that extreme? Why did you never went into modelling?
By the way, im doing them right now, but am i gonna look bigger? i want to loose fat on my cheeks, to make my cheekbones more prominent, but i dont know if i should wait til i loose almost all the fat on my face, i do cardio all week but im still chubby.
Hey Josh, Great videos, But I have one question: I have a strong jawline, but the left side is slightly weaker than the right, is there a way to only work out the left side?
What would be the ideal weight for a 5'11 19 year old for this exercises to take effects? im 180 but my cheeks look alil chubby sort of, but my cheek bones are visible.
Oh ok i will, i used to be really chubby once got all the way up to 260 pounds, and i lost all the fat from my body ,but the one in the face, ur vids are what i been looking for..like for months, Thnks alot =)
