  • I remember the video for You Get What You Give and I missed who sung the song during the end...I never saw the video again and when they would play the song on the radio they wouldn't say who sung they would just go on to the next song...it irritated me to no end...then I saw the movie A Walk To Remember after reading the novel by Nicholas Spark...This song put me in such a good mood that I decided to research it and low and behold I found the singer of You Get What You Give...I was very happy..

  • @vander1792 yeah. he sounds like Jagger

  • @vander1792 Billy Corgan? are you on drugs. Corgan is not as good a vocalist

  • one of the greatest and must underrated songs ever.

  • no matter what this song makes me sooo happy!

  • A good effort, but I gotta say Ke$ha's reperformance is vastly superior. It's much more congealed. Tighter than a nun's asshole. You should check it out...

  • OMG! this week I had a paper due worth 30% of my grade, and I had like 2 hours to write it. The paper was about social inequality, and I hadnt read anything the entire term lol, but instead of stressing I listened to this song 3 times, closed my eyes and thought of selena gomez. :D

  • I like this song so much , never gets old and this album has some mean as 90s riffs to it, i love it

  • This is why 90's where the best =D.

  • Its Rolling Stones meets INXS

  • This song was featured in Scrubs...now, whenever I hear it, I crack up when it gets to 1:15.

  • @theundercoverV8 lol is 1:15 the part where Jordan is downing that big burger? Sexy. Jordan for the win!

  • @thingsTheater haha yeah it is. jordan owns.

  • @thingsTheater Jordan fcking rocks...

  • Love it!!!!!

  • make my nipples hard lets go!!!!!

  • this song kinda makes me sad, it makes me think about the passage of time i was two when this song was made.

  • this song reminds me of the 90's. before everyone started synthesizing their voice and featuring justin beiber in there songs. :D

  • has someone the translation to German?

  • When I first heard this in 1990 on the radio or whenev, I did think it was Todd Rundgren for about a second or so...then I was like, this isn't Todd, but it's just as good! I couldn't wait to buy this CD. The entire CD is great. I was excited because I thought I had found a new band that would continue in that Todd vain. I couldn't believe this was their first and last product. Although, youtube is so great because I'm just discovering his demos that were never released. I love some of them...

  • OMG I AM SOOOOOOO OBSSESSED!!!! AHHHHH make my nipples hard lets go!!!!!

  • make my nipples hard lets go!

  • yeh, elle me donne la forme =)

  • wow... way to be original... stealing a joke from family guy...

  • this always reminds me of Scrubs (episode My Fruit Cup) when Jordan is pregnant trying to win Dr.Cox back and she competing about that blond chick :P

  • against not about

    lol sry

  • ya its just everytime i watch scrubs im thinking.. which one is the funny guy?

  • @lanabanana222 dont tell me this song is about that episode o.o???

  • They would've been some band if they had continued with their music career :)

  • I think Gregg Alexander feared that could happen. Certainly they had momentum and critical approval behind them. Maybe he was afraid big time followup success would cause them to become vilified for being darlings of the masses and the music press (ahem, Coldplay anyone?). Plus the trappings of fame. I think the fact the New Radicals lasted just one album makes them that much more interesting. Gregg's been a top notch guy behind the scenes with writing and producing though. He prefers that.

  • This is so Stones!!

I'm sure it reminds all of you Sympathy For The Devil...

New Radicals Is A Good Band!!!

    I'm writing from Brazil!

  • Well he struck some as the Todd Rundgren for the 90s or something plus many found his falsetto very reminiscent of Mick Jagger's and it really is. His normal range is kinda unique though. I can't find anyone to liken it too which means he had an original thing going on. This one should've been a big hit like "You Get What You Give." "Someday We'll Know" was the perfect power ballad but all I heard was the one song and now everyone unfairly labels them "one hit wonders."

  • @compremCDs Yes it does remind me of that! Someone on another video said he sounded like Jagger, I didn't agree until I came here and thought exactly the same thing as you!

  • there's something about you.. =)

  • You're a heart attack, just the kind I like

and there's something about your kiss

    haunting and strange~!

  • HEY, WOW, HEY, WOW!

  • i love belting out the chorus haha. this song makes me go crazy

  • Absolute classic song

  • Yea rlly nice song.

  • sooo good

  • I love this song, holy frick!

    5/5

  • I love this song!
