I'm similar, only 30yrs younger, will give anything a go in classes........ when girls half my age see me doing a difficult move it suddenly makes it achievable for them..... I do sometimes question how long can I keep this up, but really, it's as long as I keep putting the effort in and keep respecting the pole.
