While the kitten isn't hurting the bunny at all, the bunny is obviously very annoyed. And the kitten doesnt know any better since kittens are very playful. But I'm sure the bunny is not enjoying this at all so I'd seperate the two if possible or give one away. Even though this isnt serious, It IS still considered animal abuse, and you could get in trouble. I know because I'm a veterinarian.

I gotta admit though, the kitten and the bunny are very cute.

Okay dumb asses, I have a rabbit, a mini lop just like this one, and a kitten, the kitten couldn't hurt that rabbit If it wanted to! Any time my rabbit is fed up with our kitten he turns over and thumps the kitten an the kitten leaves him alone for awhile, and the kitten is just playing, it isn't trying to hurt him at all.
