2) desired heart rate - how fast you want your heart to beat (or how fast, scientifically, your heart is supposed to beat)

3) Heimlich maneuvered me - Heimlich is a maneuver (method/process) that you to do someone who is choking on something

4) stop drop and roll - a process you're supposed to do when you're on fire.

I know it's not from the 1980's but the styling, the sound and vhs-like quality, is representative of the 80's - thus my appreciation for a history lesson (like listening to the valerie collective).
