trust me the pvp is better then ever. like an example if u have guild they guild can build up a own city and maybe hire some nice defence like catabult and other guilds if they feal for it can attack the city with like catabults and there guild mates and destroy and more. ofc that kind of pvp fighting u have to be pretty high lvl and a serious guild and more ppl in the survers wouldent be wrong.

This game is great, a couple of bugs, but will be fixed, they wouldn't leave a game so buggy, quests are 20x more fun than WoW, combat is 50x more fun than WoW, and environment, especially in shader version 3.0 is 100x better than WoW. Never PvP'd for I am but a lvl 18, but I'm sure it's good. Maybe slightly unbalanced. That's all. People bash Conan because they are WoW fanboys, or because their computer can't run this game. That's all.

hey, i have this game, and somethings you should know if your thinking of buying. It is really easy to level however the place you start lvl 1-18 get boring as hell around lvl 12. I have a very good comupter brand new and newly out and its still quite jerky evenon low detail. So make sure you have the recommended graphics card (Geforce). It is soo difficult to make money on this game however so watch out. still worth buying though better than WoW which i played for 5 years. Hope this helped!

Ive been playing WoW since release, been raiding, pvping, been all enthusiastic about that game. But all that was ditched a few days after Age of Conan came out. Sure, it has bugs, but its brand new, and in time, things will be smoothed out. Age of Conan is a nice refreshment after WoW, and offers a LOT of very nice new ideas. I am enjoying playing an MMO again.

Yes, the questing system is soo much more fun. The quest have: dialogue, your character can reply from multiple options, destiny and lore quests have full voice overs. The quests are also much less repetitive and have a real storyline. Combat/PvP is fun, fast and easy to pick up. The environment is beautiful and even the healing classes get to do damage in instances instead of constant healing. This game has most of the positive features of WoW with a lot of the bore/grind removed. Buy it.

They both play differently, especialy in PvP, the pvp servers in AoC are brutal FFA style & in WoW you can just hide behind all the high lvls and scamper away. this is more realistic looking & has actual collision with other players.

There is only 1 mount in AoC, But the great thing about their mounts is that you can adjust the speed of ur mount by yourself!

So to answear ur question, no there is no swift or medium horse.
