no it's a lubricant ... you can make ur own home if you'd like ... 1/4 baby shampoo and 3/4 water ...

it's a degreaser,you can use some car shampoo and add some water to it then use the clay bar it's like a small soap bar you can see it in his hand.

Clay bar makes your paint smooth as glass by removing contaminates, dirt, and grime embeded in your paint.

Pros- Smooth paint

Cons- You have to wax your car after.

Actually more than likely it is clay bar lubricant or quick detailer, since water could result in micro marring or Light Scratches.
