The Canadian version doesn't sound at all healthy or nutritious! Fries and cheese sounds like fast food!!

We didn't know this version, between Marseille to Genova, the poutine is a very seldom speciality, very good for the health.
Poutine in quebec is sold in fast food restaurant along with cheeseburgers, hot-dogs, fries, fries with sauce, pizza etc.
You have also the italian poutine which is Fries/spaghetti sauce with vegetables and chunks of cheese!
Nothing gastronomic about it! just plain fast food! lol M/J poutine is more healthy and fresh!

From Mediterrannean sea, "La Poutine" cost around 55 Euros by kilos and more. Only during seldom moment you can find it and few restaurants offer this opportunity.

In Mediterranean sea, particularly inside Ligury, we prepare this special recipe only few days by year, now.
Wow okay, I don't have the same poutine here! In quebec (Canada) Poutine is french fries with brown bqq sauce and chunk of melt cheese!
We wish to show you a very particular plate from our place!
It's funny to know 2 different recipe with the same name.

That is definitely unique. I like all the ingredients separately, so I assume they probably test well together, too!
p.s. I don't know why but I love the sound of the shallot being sliced :)
