Hi mate, we've caught many fish on just a rod. Marlin, Yellowfin up to 50kg plus alot more. This is the first and last time we will do this. It was not planned. We jumped in the water to see if more Yellow fin were around to shoot but they werent so we enjoyed to watch the fight.
