A few people have commented on the 1st ramp not being raised. This is a bug in the game, well documented in most walkthroughs.

For people that don't get to the cave in time after you did the 2nd wheel... Go back to the first wheel and set it align, the cave will open up again...

But you guys have to be quick since it will close up again...

Note that when you watch the movie scene, the first pillar on the lower left will already start coming back down...

@dpapad49 The 2 sprocket assemblies have to be in line. If you don't get to the gate before time runs out 1 of them will go out of line. I got confused at the same point. Hope that helps.

One problem, this video doesn't flow from Tomb Raider Underworld: Mission 4: Mexico: Part 2/6 to 3/6, so I have no bloody idea where I'm actually driving back to. I've searched all over that forest for that trangular gateway leading down into that area at 0:05 and I cannot find it anywhere. Can you possibly indicate where I'm spose to find it or else post a new video of Tomb Raider Underworld: Mission 4: Mexico: Part 3/6, beginning where the last one left off.

Ok, I aligned the calender thing and the ground opened up with the snakes and the fire. When I got back to the field the ground was closed and the ramp was gone. What do I do? How do you get the ground to open back up?

i cant pull the bridge up, the switch in the first room is stuck, i can't pull it

i can see than head on one of the lions is missing, but i can't find it anywhere. on this clip you didn't pull that switch, and the bridge is allready up. how did you do that?
