Yes, it is a CRIME, but why? I guess people don't care that it is a victimless crime, like homosexual sex between consenting adults in private, that is also a CRIME, a victimless crime.

Only the creation of child pornography (with real children) should be illegal. The rest, are victimless crime, watching, sharing, downloading, all victimless crimes. USA has the biggest population of jailed people, almost all of them are people jailed for victimless crime, like smoking pot in your house...
