A cop can't search you're vehicle unless A, you give them permission and yes they can find loopholes in your words like in this video to try and enter the vehicle or B, they have a search warrant. they can have a K-9 unit come sniffing around, but they still need a warrant to enter the vehicle. idk where you heard a cop can just search your car because he's 'suspicious' of drugs being in the vehicle, but that's bull shit. Cops that try to pull that shit get sued.

If they didn't consent to the search and they called in the dogs you can just leave since they're not legally detaining you (NDAA will probably change that though...). If the dogs do find something in your car and you didn't consent then it'll just be thrown out by the court cause it was unlawful search.

Mark your an idiot, Police cannot search you or your property without probable cause. If you get pulled over and the officer asks you if he can search your car do not tell him yes its ok. The officer must have a warrant or probable cause. Probable cause is not O i think i should search you. The officer must see something illegal to have probable cause. This is not really true. Any law enforcement officer can search you, your car, and your home at anytime without your consent if they feel there was a crime committed or about to be committed. Call "reason to believe". This reason could be based on all the sense not only eyes but smell even touch. All a law enforcement office has to say is that they thought they smelled pot. And yes police will lie to get access to you and your car.

I did ALL my research, and if you get searched WITHOUT consent from you the cop did it unlawfully. Anything he finds in the car will NOT be applicable in a court and the case will most likely be thrown out.

Easiest thing is to not carry weed on you, second hide the fuck out of it, third would be to follow the instructions on the video. Either way if end up in front of a judge on a question of your rights, 9/10 times you will lose weed or no weed.
