What would be a simple way to find the resonance frequency of a permanent magnet?

You didnt mention anything about the plasma chambers. When you put a gas into them it creates a pressure that can be redirected as thrust with a nozzle. (Like a jet) These chambers require little power to operate since they are almost a byproduct of the microwave energy build up.
@Crus777 Although this is certainly a tech which had been developed my understanding of it is that it is , basicaly just a rocket which uses Plasma as the rocket fuel. Although it may not require much power to keep the gas in a plasma state due to microwave energy build up (I dont know that as a fact, but I'll assume what you said about the chamber is correct), it still will use up the Plasma within it just as any rocket fuel is used up over time.

Because they have lots to gain. Isn't it true though that this type of technology only works in some sort of atmosphere, and in all likelihood, the thicker the atmosphere the more efficient it works?
That said, this type of technology is using energy to create a microwave that creates a repulsive force, inevitably leading to losses. It seems more efficient to apply the energy directly towards the propulsion of the craft (i.e., direct-drive electric motors are more efficient then internal combustion engines).
Such a propulsion system would resemble our Magnetohydrodynamic Drives (MHD) that have been fitted to some submarines, albeit, for the vehicle to travel through both fluid and gas that drive would have to be extremely more powerful than the current technologies... dozens of orders of magnitude more powerful.
But even then, such a craft (without some other propulsion system) couldn't propel itself through space where there is no gas or fluid to press against.

The thing I've always enjoyed about 'Alien Scientist' videos is how they've always been presented in (more-or-less) Plain English, and have been incredibly accessible because of it.

That's only what the media claims. The Russians say they didn't fire or test any rockets. Did you see the video? I've seen rockets spinning out of control. They don't stay stationary in the sky. Gravity pulls them down as they spin within seconds. The spiral light was there for a good ten minutes and didn't move an inch. Also there was no smoke or flames seen in any of the video's
Sound travels in an atmosphere as a wave as waves travel through water, but electromagnetic waves must travel through a medium. I am pretty sure microwaves are human technology, people discovered the phenomena of microwaves and how they worked before they came out with microwaves so it's perfectly logical to assume microwave applications stemmed from human ingenuity.
I believe you are confusing EMFs(Electric magnetic fields), EMF waves emit from all electrical appliances but usually operate at a far enough distance they don't have any negative effects to you.

The microwave propulsion is used mostly only to aide in the maneuverability of extremely light weight craft that would probably use the so-called straight forward 'anti'-gravity engine, a better term would be an electrogravitic propulsion system.

that's basically where the entire theory of relativity was born from. they tried to measure the speed of light when it should be differently, such as from a moving source but found that they could only ever "clock" it at the same speed everytime. Light always travels the same speed, no matter who is measuring it.
It's a bit more in depth than I can go into in a comment, but relativity also explains time dialation. If you didn't know so already, then you just have to trust me, but time passes slower for moving objects as measured by something at rest (or at least moving more slowly) relative to it. The faster it's moving, the slower time passes. For something moving the speed of light, the "universal speed limit," zero time is passing (as measured by an observer who is stationary relative to it).
Just a question, maybe a stupid one. Does the "...faster it's moving, the slower time passes" idea also applies to why healthy (exercising) people age slower than non healthy people?
I believe so because as you said, when moving at the speed of light, no time is passing. Therefore, if we exercise, lets say as a mean movement in our life, we move as 1/10 (unrealistic example) of the speed of light, means that we should be aging 1/10 slower than our neighbor that stays home all day watching T.V.
hahaha no, good question. no, that has nothing to do with why people age slower. there is some evidence to argue that exercising keeps you looking young, but more than that, it makes you live longer, not age slower or look younger longer. limiting your calorie intake to a certain, precise, low amount can make you age slower. Essentially mild starvation. It forces your body to slow down every function, including aging, which is why you have to hit that fine line on that one.
And then about your specific unrealistic example. The relationship between time dialation and velocity is not linear. Someone who travels 1/10 the speed of light is aging at a 99.5% rate compared to someone stationary relative to him. He is only aging 0.5% slower (not much at all). Heres another example for comparison: To age at half the rate (twice as slow) of someone stationary, you would have to be traveling 86.6% of the speed of light. Three times slower, 95% speed of light.
It all ties together quite gracefully or poetically once you learn it. Anyway, to answer your question, then, although i already did actually, time wouldn't be passing for the driver and he would still meaure the headlights beaming out away from him at the speed of light relative to him, and so would a stationary observer also meaure the same speed of light relative to himself. how is this possible? because time wouldn't be passing for the driver.
It gets a little hairy when you actually say that he IS going the speed of light. It's more clear just using examples of moving near the speed of light. The reason is, and this is also why this cannot happen, is because massive objects (i don't mean big things, just things...things that have mass) can never actually reach the speed of light.

Not quite... the idea is more that you have to think of the vacuum of space as a polarizable medium instead of just empty space.
Hal Puthoff has an interesting paper on this showing alternative solutions for GR (General Relativity)
Quantum-tunneling is more the wave nature (and statistical mehanic nature) of a particle allowing it to pass through a thin wall... Or at least a wall that is thinner than the wavelength of the particle.

Isn't it true though that this type of technology only works in some sort of atmosphere, and in all likelihood, the thicker the atmosphere the more efficient it works?
That said, this type of technology is using energy to create a microwave that creates a repulsive force, inevitably leading to losses. It seems more efficient to apply the energy directly towards the propulsion of the craft (i.e., direct-drive electric motors are more efficient then internal combustion engines).

Such a propulsion system would resemble our Magnetohydrodynamic Drives (MHD) that have been fitted to some submarines, albeit, for the vehicle to travel through both fluid and gas that drive would have to be extremely more powerful than the current technologies... dozens of orders of magnitude more powerful.
But even then, such a craft (without some other propulsion system) couldn't propel itself through space where there is no gas or fluid to press against.

That's only what the media claims. The Russians say they didn't fire or test any rockets. Did you see the video? I've seen rockets spinning out of control. They don't stay stationary in the sky. Gravity pulls them down as they spin within seconds. The spiral light was there for a good ten minutes and didn't move an inch. Also there was no smoke or flames seen in any of the video's

I am pretty sure microwaves are human technology, people discovered the phenomena of microwaves and how they worked before they came out with microwaves so it's perfectly logical to assume microwave applications stemmed from human ingenuity.
I believe you are confusing EMFs(Electric magnetic fields), EMF waves emit from all electrical appliances but usually operate at a far enough distance they don't have any negative effects to you.

The microwave propulsion is used mostly only to aide in the maneuverability of extremely light weight craft that would probably use the so-called straight forward 'anti'-gravity engine, a better term would be an electrogravitic propulsion system.

that's basically where the entire theory of relativity was born from. they tried to measure the speed of light when it should be differently, such as from a moving source but found that they could only ever "clock" it at the same speed everytime. Light always travels the same speed, no matter who is measuring it.

It's a bit more in depth than I can go into in a comment, but relativity also explains time dialation. If you didn't know so already, then you just have to trust me, but time passes slower for moving objects as measured by something at rest (or at least moving more slowly) relative to it. The faster it's moving, the slower time passes. For something moving the speed of light, the "universal speed limit," zero time is passing (as measured by an observer who is stationary relative to it).

I believe so because as you said, when moving at the speed of light, no time is passing. Therefore, if we exercise, lets say as a mean movement in our life, we move as 1/10 (unrealistic example) of the speed of light, means that we should be aging 1/10 slower than our neighbor that stays home all day watching T.V.

hahaha no, good question. no, that has nothing to do with why people age slower. there is some evidence to argue that exercising keeps you looking young, but more than that, it makes you live longer, not age slower or look younger longer. limiting your calorie intake to a certain, precise, low amount can make you age slower. Essentially mild starvation. It forces your body to slow down every function, including aging, which is why you have to hit that fine line on that one.

And then about your specific unrealistic example. The relationship between time dialation and velocity is not linear. Someone who travels 1/10 the speed of light is aging at a 99.5% rate compared to someone stationary relative to him. He is only aging 0.5% slower (not much at all). Heres another example for comparison: To age at half the rate (twice as slow) of someone stationary, you would have to be traveling 86.6% of the speed of light. Three times slower, 95% speed of light.

It all ties together quite gracefully or poetically once you learn it. Anyway, to answer your question, then, although i already did actually, time wouldn't be passing for the driver and he would still meaure the headlights beaming out away from him at the speed of light relative to him, and so would a stationary observer also meaure the same speed of light relative to himself. how is this possible? because time wouldn't be passing for the driver.

It gets a little hairy when you actually say that he IS going the speed of light. It's more clear just using examples of moving near the speed of light. The reason is, and this is also why this cannot happen, is because massive objects (i don't mean big things, just things...things that have mass) can never actually reach the speed of light.

Not quite... the idea is more that you have to think of the vacuum of space as a polarizable medium instead of just empty space.
Hal Puthoff has an interesting paper on this showing alternative solutions for GR (General Relativity)
Quantum-tunneling is more the wave nature (and statistical mehanic nature) of a particle allowing it to pass through a thin wall... Or at least a wall that is thinner than the wavelength of the particle.

Look up metamaterials, read through the stuff on wikipedia...
There are plenty of confirmed experiments showing transmission of light through metamaterials faster than the speed of light in a vacuum.
It only works for certain frequencies of light, each specific to the material.
Work is still underway to creat a metamaterial which is invisible to the human eye.
