Since when were games "gay", and "terrible" just because they use magic powers? And, just a quick thought, MK fighters actually DO use real fighting styles, like Hapkido, Liuhebafa, and even Karate. But, both games are great. I just like Mortal Kombat a little bit better.

@funnywijk Challenge Tower, Chess Kombat, Puzzle Kombat, the Krypt, Tag Team Mode, an easy-to-follow, not-in-japaese and cinematic Story Mode with actually good animation and more, not to mention the brand new X-ray moves that look incredible. I'm not even American and I still love along with a lot of my ADULT friends who think Tekken is Bullshit and grew up playing MK 1, 2 and 3.

Don't compare the two games because they play differently. While Tekken focuses on basic moves and it's combinations, MK focuses on special abilities. MK fans stop dissing Tekken for it's characters/button mashing. It's all the wrong reasons to diss a game. Tekken fans should also stop dissing MK for its absence in tournaments/infinites/unreal moves. Keep in mind MK has it's own ways to deliver enjoyment in a fighting game and ups and downs aside it's been a great game.

Since when were games "gay", and "terrible" just because they use magic powers? And, just a quick thought, MK fighters actually DO use real fighting styles, like Hapkido, Liuhebafa, and even Karate. But, both games are great. I just like Mortal Kombat a little bit better.

MK sucks dick only reason to play it is because of the gore that's the way it's always been, its also incredibly unbalanced e.g Kung Lao in MK9 who is overpowered as all hell Tekken and SF are both vastly superior and more successful franchises.

@funnywijk Challenge Tower, Chess Kombat, Puzzle Kombat, the Krypt, Tag Team Mode, an easy-to-follow, not-in-japaese and cinematic Story Mode with actually good animation and more, not to mention the brand new X-ray moves that look incredible. I'm not even American and I still love along with a lot of my ADULT friends who think Tekken is Bullshit and grew up playing MK 1, 2 and 3.

Don't compare the two games because they play differently. While Tekken focuses on basic moves and it's combinations, MK focuses on special abilities. MK fans stop dissing Tekken for it's characters/button mashing. It's all the wrong reasons to diss a game. Tekken fans should also stop dissing MK for its absence in tournaments/infinites/unreal moves. Keep in mind MK has it's own ways to deliver enjoyment in a fighting game and ups and downs aside it's been a great game.
