I found out the hard way, after I removed all my frets like he did pulling straight up, thinkin I can "do it myself" on my 75 strat, I went online to see and found out your supposed to "tap" or slide them out the sides. This is definitly one job for the pros'. Now im searchin for someone to save my neck.
DO NOT follow these methods for replacing frets!!! Poor poor poor...There are so many other aspects involved. This is a cheap guitar. False ebony fretboard.
