K1 rules state that you have until the count of 4 to get up and prove you're ok, so if you get up after a knockdown but youre still dizzy then it's cosidered a knockout, referee and is fully entitled to stop the fight if he sees it fit, he must check your pupils and ask you questions, you fail to deliver precise answers you are out.
