you can have as many tracks as you want :)

if your going to have more than one wavy line like in the preview i showed in the video, you're going to have more than one. but if they're not all going at the same time you can have them in one track. :)

Well, the actual circles and squiggly lines aren't moving, and also when i do the wave thingy, it keeps like making the video wave too.

for the moving part, make sure like at the beginning you have it like small and then you need to drag the keyframe thing to the end (like i do in the video) and when it's at the end change the size so it's bigger. and the same w/ the wave, you gotta move the keyframe thing. and for the video moving...make sure you're only putting it on the transparent part and not the whole track. if that doesnt work i'm not sure what to do.
