maritime law n. Also called "admiralty law" or "the law of admiralty," the laws and regulations, including international agreements and treaties, which exclusively govern activities at sea or in any navigable waters. In the United States federal courts have jurisdiction over maritime law.
@robson1144 Yeah I have know all this stuff for a few years and its been hard at times.. but seeing people like Ben Stewart, or even the user whos page were on right now stand up for whats right makes me stronger against this machine, people just need to come into their true power and start the loving and sharing process with everyone they meet.. Take care friend
@MarxistStudant The "creator" has been replaced with nature in law dictionaries. It means rights given by nature. They are called rights because they are based on reason and justice and they are essential for the survival and prosperity of human beings.
@SuperFinGuy In nature, ther are no rights. The only law is the law of the strongest, rights are things we just made up. Usually nice ideas, but simply ideas. And ideas are influenciated by the social structure, the system, and sometimes things we call "rights" are mere vices from the system.
@MarxistStudant Survival of the fittest. Fittest, not strongest.
Sometimes an organism is more fit, not because it is the strongest, but because it is faster, smarter, inventive or more socially cooperative. Organisms that can cooperate in a society that ensures the respect of all its members are far more fit than those who use strength to take whatever they want, ensuring the well being of every individual.
@SuperFinGuy Alright, but the expression is the "law of the strongest" and this law (of the fittest if you preffer) is not very humane at all. All around in nature AND human history we see clear evidence of tyrany. E.g: The roman empire, that elslaved, killed and destroyed the culture of many. Another E.g: Lion vs Zebra -does the lion gives a shit about the zebra's "rights" to whaterver? No.
Rights are artificial, we make up. When slavery was legal, it was one's right to buy and sell slaves!!
@MarxistStudant Yes, I agree, humans can be controlled.. but its only due to the nature of how badly we have been fooled by this whole illusion we call reality. The people who have made up LAWS (Not statues, acts or regulations) Have acted in honor of the people to keep the people ACUALLY safe.. I'm sorry but I dont believe you live in a third world country, if you did you would be BEGGING for the rights and freedoms common wealth countries have.Laws are acceptable and NEEDED, not statues, acts
@Robmar420 ... I live on a third world country (Brazil) and I DO have those rights and liberties... Third world "means" poverty - not dictatorships... This is a serious display on misinformation, beware!
Humans are controled by other humans due conflicting intresses. The elites want to brainwash the poor and they use their rescources to do so (medias for instance).
Laws, statues, regulations, acts -- basically all the same with different names, all of them are artificial.
@MarxistStudant Laws are obviously not real, like i agree they arent living.. but they are real in the sense everyone revolves their life around them and follows such. And like I said.. back then it was acceptable to do certain things that arent today.. they arent today because our conscience has evolved.. how do you think people know right from wrong in the first place? because we LEARN from our mistakes of the past, standards change based on feeling a sense of wrongness within us, conscience
@Robmar420 I don't know why are you insisting laws and rights aren't artificial then... Our conscience is a consequence of the mean we live in, our judgement is terribly affected by our means the which are artificial, and thus its consequences (laws and rights) also are artificial.
Besides, the "evolution" of our consciousness is not linear from a more brute to a more civilized, it may evolve to a more alienated stage too, for instance. We can even manipulate this evolution changing systems.
@MarxistStudant Laws are NOT the same as statues, acts and regulations. Because Laws were decided by humans who cared for civilization. Statues, acts and regulations are all things made up by government and the elite to keep us in debt, to keep us enslaved and to keep us in line. And by the way I know third world countries mean poverty, but in almost ALL poverty stricken areas the cops are far more corrupt and get away with WAY more crimes to innocents..therefore it isnt the same rights and lib
@Robmar420 Many humans claimed to cared about civilization, mostly were liying and the nearly all the rest was killed. But EVEN if those real nice guys made the laws up, that doesn't change the fact that laws and rights DO are artificial, love them, hate them, they are artificial!
Man, I do live in Brazil, google it, please. We do have a damm corrupt government and a very passive population too, but this doesn't mean different rights or liberties!
@MarxistStudant And like I said, in response to your lion vs zebra thing.. they dont have a high level of conscience and therefore cannot feel nearly as much emotion as we can to determin right over wrong, we have the highest conscience and are basically in charge of keeping this earth useable.. if everyone was allowed to kill and steal other peoples things what kind of world would we be living in today? As conscience evolves, so do the rules of living..as I said, people care more than ever
@Robmar420 I am not defending anarchy, I am simply remarking upon the fact that what we call "rights" are things we have invented (for some reason - wellfare perhaps). This is clear when we picture a mentally handicaped person - the which does not have a fully developed consciousness and yet do have rights in our present society BECUASE people agreed they must have them, despite the fact the handicaped may not be capable of judging right from wrong.
@MarxistStudant I am in no way defending the system, I hate the system for all it does. But to say we shouldnt be protected by basic rights like not harming people or there property, or willing knowing your setting up someone for fraud. All other supposed "laws" arent laws at all.. statues, acts and regulations only apply to corporations and we have been tricked into falling for such rules. only way they can "legally" do such acts are by giving you a birth certificate to identify you as a corp
@Robmar420 Let me make one thing clear: this is not about capitalism, it is about rights, they are atrificial in ANY society (It was one's rights to own slaves a couple hundred years ago). Rights are ideas - often beautifull ideas, but mere ideas. Land ownership is accepted today, but was unacceptable in some primitive societies - this is a clear exemple on how it is up to us to definie what we deem right or wrong.
@MarxistStudant Well incase you havent noticed over the past 500 years, humanity has become less cruel, although of course cruelty to humans and animals still exsists we have LEARNED to put proper precautions in place to try and keep people safe.. Thats the thing with you and I.. I dont think you have learned from the earths history.. every single violent revolution or war has only brought about more corruption and you never get rid of the root cause of the problem, only the symptom
@Robmar420 Some revolutionary deeds brought many good things (Commune de Paris -1871, for instance), and I have learned from earths history that we have changed a little bit, just a little bit. -- That is irrelevant here, for rights remain mere ideas, artificial abstrations that we brought into reallity. -- I don't recall defending wars and revolutions here, and humanity is at least more brainwashed than ever, this means our consciousness hasn't simply "improved", it has changed.
@MarxistStudant See I agree with your logic to a point my friend.. I have agreed they are man made, but yet again.. a higher level of conscience is what truly made them.. a sense that everyone belongs in this world without having their life threatend.. But see what you said was "this means our consciousness hasn't simply "improved", it has changed." Well if something changes it has only 2 options.. positive or negative change and I am gunna learn more toward positive in the sense we care
@MarxistStudant So, I'm sorry but I just proved you wrong.. if you havent noticed the common man care more and more throughout the past 500 years then your blind.. and why would we stop caring.. caring makes everything better and with caring comes more positive energy in this world and thats what we need
@Robmar420 Man the ONLY point I wanted to make in these videos is that laws and rights are neither "God-given" nor "natural", regardless of our consciousness rights are artificial, kind of good artificial things, but artificial things only.
Wheter we care or not about other people is irrelevant, and the only thing I wanted to suggest when I talked about the evolution of our consciousness is that we are not "better" or "worse", we have different vaules and vices, that's all...
@MarxistStudant yet again I agree with most of your logic except for the fact we are not better or worse.. some of us are better and some of us are worse.. humans dont have instinct.. they learn things by experience which is why were all different personality wise.. To be better to is to do good in all that you do.. have love, kindness and empathy in your heart always. to be worse is to be the opposite.. and this world has created alot of negative people due to elites forcing things upon them
@MarxistStudant Well the leaders who deemd rights god-given were right.. god is life.. im not religous at all.. but thats what I believe god to be.. life, we are created by someone so maybe our parents are god in a sense. Like I also said I agree rights themselves are artificial but they are very real, if you adhear to it it is real(to you)our minds make up what is real. Our minds are so powerfull they can take the tiny bit of matter from an atom and create what we see around us, Conscience
@Robmar420 Ok, I see your point, and mostly I agree, but for me change is a little different:
A change implies than differents aspects of a thing have improved or worsened, but it is reallly hard to say the changed thing has simply improved or worsened due its complexity, and there are few things as complex as our counsciousness.
An exemple would be the russian revolution, which was positive in some social aspects (e.g. education), yet was even more represive politically than the tzarist system.
@MarxistStudant I see where your comming from but were not animals, we have a much higher intelligence and a much higher conscience level so yes we do need rights. If you read the constitution you will notice that we dont actually go by it at all, cause if we did we wouldnt be seeing many jailed, people kill by wars and a total lack of respect for our earth. If rights are merely "ideas" then they wouldnt be on the constitution, the constitution being reguarded as the highest law of the land.
@Robmar420 Highest or lowest law, the constitution too is an artificial stuff people invented. It is not like the laws of phisics, it is a couple of things some guys back then semmed to like a lot, but they also liked racial segregation, many were slavers and so what. My point is those "rights" are things we made up (good or bad, doesn't matter), and are not "God-given" or "inalienable". Our mind may be great, but not good enought to transform the truth by writing a document claiming stuff.
@MarxistStudant Like I said, we have the highest conscience on this entire earth so we do have rights because we know the difference between right and wrong. Obviously not everyone knows to keep their hands to themselves or not to steal from others or not to commit fraud, those 3 things I just mentioned are the only true laws we have.. harming someone, stealing property or contracting fraud are the only 3 TRUE laws..all others are bullshit made up by the elite to keep us in jails or in line
@Robmar420 It is terribly dangerous to judge true laws and false laws, because our perspective is clouded by the means we live in: Private property over land (a mean of production) is accepted by our societies, while native americans understood it as unacceptable... And our great mind achievements don't grant us rights: Do mentally handicapped people have no rights duo their ignorance over right and wrong? ALL laws are artificial, some are good for the average man, others good for a elite...
@MarxistStudant And by the way those people you refer to as "some guys" were some of the most intelligent people to have ever lived and wanted peace for the world, like I do. This earth has so much abundance of food and shelter yet were caught up in a trap competing for survival. We dont live in the old times anymore where inhumane acts were laughed at and not cared about.. people today care more than they ever have about their fellow man, everyone deserves to feel safe in this world
@MarxistStudant-How can you sit there disagreeing with rights and freedoms when if it werent for rights and freedoms you would be in some field right now working for the barest of minimums along with living conditions at bare minimum.Go live in a third world country for a while and tell me how much you miss rights and freedoms then. How are our rights not inalienable?we are natural human beings of this earth and no one can control a natural being, your pathetic to just roll over and accept slavery
@Robmar420 I live in a third world country my friend, I know how mizerably poor many people live! And my single point here is that ALL those laws, all those rights are mere ideas, artificial, man-made and made up by simple humans who might well have commited mistakes.
We humans are part of nature, and just like nature we CAN be controled by other humans. This happens and has happened troughout history from "Panis et Circenses" to modern braiwashing via mass-medias.
@Robmar420 By the way by saying "the constitution too is artificial stuff people invtented" is major non sense. They were highly intelligent and sought after having a nation that was peacefull but if need be had defence systems to protect its citizens.. now today you find corrupt scum bags in charge of everything and its for certain (Dont give a fuck what anyone says) 911 was a false flag attack to make the citizens believe they were being attacked so they would be easier to send to war
Good, correct and factual information and I say that because when this film first came out I had to know for sure and started to dig. It's true and I won't go into this to much right now as it is late and I don't want to try to sleep when I'm mad as hell.
Same goes for Canada, and any other common-law country. New Zealand, Australia, Canada, the UK, etc. Although, try not to ever use the word PERSON at all, natural or artificial.
@awkword519 hmmm i knew it. i hate being part of this system. im from the uk and have noticed these ideals and implications being imposed and yet there is not much i can do about it... not yet anyway
The only chains you have on your freedom, is your mind. Reprogram that and learn the deception, and you'll be free in no time. Watch "John Harris - It's all an Illusion, Versions 1 and 2" 2 Separate lectures, with like 10 or 12 parts I believe. Amazing, hes from the UK too.
There it is again! "Your rights are given to you by your Creator". Sorry! *buzzer sound* I don't have a creator. But I still have rights! Why? Because the video is wrong and rights aren't given to us by "our creators". We get our rights when we claim them and fight to protect them. Period.
Take in mind that everything you know, is made up by people..
E.g. 'The Earth is round'
You believe it, because you're being told to, but have you been to space? maybe it's not true?
(Just a example, i do believe its round offcourse)

Period.
