Their styles are completely different. They just both play violin and use a loop pedal. I would say that Owen Pallett is just as good a musician as Andrew Bird, but to be honest the two aren't really comparable.

Not to worry! There's a whole other video angle to this performance with pristine audio! Someone more audacious than me should use the audio from that and edit some shots from this into the other video (such as Owen during the canada dididida part) Just excellent.
