How often do you switch shampoos? I've heard some change when one is gone and then back to the first after the second, then others have said every other shampoo. Also do you shampoo and condition everyday? I have thin hair too and I'm trying to grow it out so any advice you could give would be great. Take prenatal vitamins!...My hair has never grown so fast as is did when i was pregnant & taking prenatal vitamins...I take a normal multivtamin now but ive noticed that w/ prenatal vitamins it grows faster!

Hi Huera.. sorry for butting in, but I did some research a while back on taking prenatals for beauty purposes and unfortunately, they have too much iron and other potentially harmful nutrients and minerals to be taken on a regular basis. A normal multi-vitamin or one specifically for women should work close to as well :)

Love your videos!! Just started watching and I'm hooked. I wanted to comment on getting reg. trims. You don't need them as long as you dont have split ends. But if you don't get those splits cut off then it continues to split up the strand. my hair is almost to my waist and i get 1/4" trims every 12 weeks. hair grows 1/4 to 1/2 inch per month.
