he is only telling the cons about the car ..i've drove one cuples mouths ago from jacksonville to miami is a 6 hour drive and let me tell tell you the suspension is terrific i for long trips is a cloud and a gas zipper for what it is i managed to get 27mpg at 85 mph!! and though the back sit is a bit cramped they are very comfortable for long trips, and also the car has good visibility too and has good brake feel .plus some very good soft touch surfaces. BTW I AM NOT A GM FAN IM JUST BEING FAIR.
are you kiding me a 29,000 car that dosent have fully automatic seats or teliscope steering wheel pshhh thats a cryout to gm saying the impala needs a new fresh redesign
You can get one today for less than 20K when you count rebates and discounts. It's not perfect, but it's much better than this video makes it sound like. Please go drive one yourself and then you decide-- for 20K, you can't do better for this price.
They really kill me with all the complaints about different features in the car. Like you can't get all power seats that's a option, maybe the person that ordered the car didn't put that option. They talk like one particle feature or option is in every car. And not to mention they had the seats all the way up. #KILLYASELF
@xXFOOLISHWAYSXx Chevy said that they're workin on one, but it likely wont be ready until 2014 at the earliest. Maybe 2015 even. Very outdated car. The Malibu will have been redesigned TWICE by the time this car is redesigned again.
@ATRichard Man i'm glad. Cause its like they completely forgotten about this car while they upgrade almost every vehicle they have including new models like the cruze. I saw the leaked photos of the impala they are working on. i saw the interior and its seriously stepping up to this generation. Now i won't feel like i have to buy one car from chevy to get the best.
@TheBadBuffalo You can buy one today for less than 20K, when you throw in rebates and discounts. That is a pretty great value, in my book. What are you comparing it to?
If one really wants an Impala, the best way to get one is a used low-mileage rental. At least where I live, they sell for less than half of the retail price after only one year. That, at least, makes it a reasonable value for a underwhelming car.
29 thousand dollars!!! Are you fucking kidding me? You have to be the biggest idiot to buy this car. I really don't know how this car is even for sale and who would buy one?
@remelsheikh I agree that this car is a dinosaur, but I don't think it would go bankrupt if it was its own company. They sell alot of these to company and rental fleets.
When I drove in the car, the back seat was a bit tight, but there was ALOT of wind noise. Very noisy inside, but it does have a nice and fast engine. Its too bad they couldn't improve the impala after all these years.
@xSwiftrabbit23 Its not that they couldn have its just GM drag ass on just about every car redesign...GM is my car brand but I have to admit when they make a good car they dragg it out till the comp is passed them then they refresh it instead of making it a all new car.... Also they have a problem dropping names all the time and replacing them with stupid crap lately now everything they make is euro (OPEL) i'm not knocking it but in ways I just miss the old GM...
Screw the Malibu all it is ,is Chevy trying to immitate a camrey
