Seem to be shooting a tad high. Many SIGs like a 6'oclock hold on the target. Don't get me wrong you did damn good! Just think you could bring down that group a tad and turn that shoulder hit into something more.
@zerofrindz also the fist shot would have been double action with a 10lb pull. i think he is trying to show how accurate the weapon is more than anything. even if it were self defense, 10 shots would send you to jail guaranteed. just with less time
Thank You for pointing this out, it seems alot of people on youtube belive all you would need to fire is one or two shots and hes down for the count when it comes to rounds like 45acp and magnum loads. shooting as fast as you can with accuracy applys to all calibers, the further your target the slower you shoot, practice at all ranges to get a feel for it
btw shoot ballons tied to an R/C car is really fun and great practice, give it a try sometime
In a self defense situation would you always dump entire mags into one guy? I see a lot of videos of guys standing with AKs at 10 yards and then 30 rounds into one target, this seems not a good idea. I prepare for WROL and I will always have multiple bad guys.
@semiautoriflelover1 It's good practice as far as recoil control is concerned, but honestly the fight would be over at about round #5 (at max) with that grouping.
@millerusaf The upper group of 3 on the right in the 9 ring would put anyone down. Those would likely be heart shots. Incidentally very nice shooting for rapid fire. A lot of people do well when it's 1 at a time, but it takes really getting to know your weapon to do this sort of thing. Understanding the weapon's recoil in a sufficient way to compensate for it.
I was going to mention in your other videos when you said something about the thumb and the slide lock, it can work both ways and make the last round lock not work. Has happened to me on the 2340. Yes, definately a training issue when you are used to other handguns. I am still working on it. I caught myself pushing the safety up on my Hi Points several times.
I can hit 12 oz cans point of aim 50 feet with my Kel-Tec P32, NO exxagerration. I will post a video on it, it is amazing, AND take this out to 50 feet, you will be amazed.
@isamtator The SP2022 has a real long lock lever that comes all the way back to your thumb. It will lock after the last round if you put your thumb on it just right, but it's easy to block. If you get a chance to use one practice manually locking the slide and you'll see what I mean. I love this gun though! It's my main.
@AllieXii, I have always had a fondness for them I got the Sig p226, I got it by luck, ad real cheap I hate how I got it. I had a friend, who had fifteen Handguns and 10 rifles I got five guns from him, He caught a felony DUi,So he had to sell them all! He was disgusted that he had to get rid of em! But I give him 2000 for the 5 handguns he had, a Colt series 70's he turned into a race gun, a series 80' colt 1911's, two revolver's a smith bodygaurd .38, a model 10, .38, and a sig p226.
@AllieXii, I kept the Colt series 70 colt, sold the series 80 for $1050, it was tricked out slick, had race trigger, hammer, a match grade barrel, pretty pistol! I sold the model 10 for I think 700, and the body guard I kept, And I kept the Sig, lve most accurate 9mm I have ever had!
@Painkiller9013 i do too, gun laws here suck, I cant even bring my sks into state legally. It royally sucks here. Washington/Oregon is a much better area IMO
Yes Sir I love my SP2022. I saw the individual you were referring to in your other video. I unsubbed him several weeks ago as a result of his weapon knowledge. BTW I review several insividuals reviews but I ALWAYS verify the content for accuracy. I like the way you present the firearms and how you represent the firearms community. Thanks for your service to our country and to the shooting community. I have the SP2022 and I regard it as a very fine firearm for the price I paid for it.
That was with the 9mm version right? Have you noticed the same controlability with the .40S&W?

@tokentreez Number of rounds won't matter. People that are scared for their life tend to stay on the trigger longer.

idk, that left shoulder hit is a possible subclavian puncture. you'd bleed out in no time from a wound like that.

Why the slide not lock back?
isamtator 4 months ago
@isamtator I'm used to Glocks, and because of that my thumb is resting right over the slide lock lever. It's a training issue, not the pistol.
millerusaf 4 months ago 5
@millerusaf, I hope you correct that issue! The Zombie's will eat that shit up! Watching the AMC Wallking dead marathon!
