Well, there is some real opinion in there, I do in fact find WoW to be a little repetitive, because you only really kill monsters.

I don't play it any more, but I can assure you that you don't just kill monsters. PvE is one aspect of it, you've got giant raids and such. But then you've got the exploration and, the thing I liked most, PvP.

The PvP in WoW can be fun, although arena is shit tbh. World PvP can still be win at times. Imo it's got more to do in than Runescape, but Runescape had some cool quests in it ;D

In comparison to Runescape's 24 skills with 99 levels to each of them, dozens of minigames, nearly 200+ quests, and an update a week, WoW seems rather plain.

Sure, people can enjoy the sheer rush of it seeing as you're killing monsters all the time, but it lacks the risk of losing all your hard-earned items.

WoW seems like a pure fun game, but a little instantly gradifying. I'm not against it, but I'm just saying that isn't my kind of game.

The 24 skills take a bunch of repetitive grinding to get up or a lot of gold, and it takes ages.

WoW's skills can either let you make lots of money (from gathering) or making some handy things (engineering) like rocket boots and mind control stuff xD

And in a game where you lose all your hard earned items it usually means you won't take any risks, because you don't want to lose everything, but without the risk of losing it all PvP and PvE can be more enjoyable imo.

If you don't vary the skill training, it may get boring. But each of the 24 skills do many different things, and once you train them, you can have tons of fun using them in PvP, PvNPC, and many minigames.

From what I know, WoW has only 3 mini-skills that just help you with combat.

Also, WoW has classes, which some may like, but in Runescape, you can do anything, you're not limited. Some may not like that however...

If you vary the skill training it would take years to get one to 99 anyways :P And I'd say WoW has around 5 that help with combat, but It's better to stick with money making professions at first. And RS may not have classes, but it lacks a lot with skills and spells. And in WoW you can make as many characters as you want so you can still try out all the classes. And in Runescape mage is always the best, it just costs money. So money = power in rs, not skill.
