Well, first a lot of YouTube partners mention The Superbowl and I have not heard that the mighty NFL has removed their videos, just for the simple mention of the word. Contrary, that if you place a video clip of The Superbowl itself, causes an automatic removal of the video from YouTube. Now, you have the right to not mention it, if there is a possible removal issue, but as far as I know, the wording of The Superbowl in a video can't be a reason for the NFL to remove it.
@caa1000 It was done more in fun, than seriousness. The odds are low that they would pull it for using the term, but if they did have issue - yes they could have it removed and go after our brand for copyright infringement the same way that radio and tv that are not "official" stations get sued every year for using it with-out permission. Crazy... yes... But true.
