  • This is the roots of African music in the western hemisphere -when you hear the word tango many make the association to Argentina ,the Tango is from Africa. As yu well know credit is something that has eluded us but as I've said many times before- the truth is like a blade of grass it permeates concrete and steel and breaks it down to its origins. In the long haul when the true history of our existence is written by us and not by captors the truth shall flourish and blossom and them some !♥

  • SSSSHHHIIIITTT! thats my bitch! i grow up listening to their music i love it!

  • What is the name of the song?

  • Wow! If I could dance like that everyday...

  • Ya know, some people get on youtube and post the most ignorant comments. jamaicans are of african decent. Known fact. Where do some of you people come from!???? I love the dancing and I'm proud my ancestors came africa. That's why I'm sexy :D

  • i know she isnt trying but her body is dead sexy

  • Id be her slave

  • AFRICANA DANCERS ARE THE BEST !! HANDS DOWN! THEY ARE SO SMOOTH AND CLASSY AND CLEAN WHEN THEY DANCE. PERFECT ROTATING WAISTS AND PROPORTIONATE FIGURES WHEN THEY DANCE.

    VIVE AFRIQUE! NUMERO UN!

  • @SpiceUnionIslandGal FUCK FACE BITCH MIND YOUR SHIT

  • YOU BITCH CALM THE FUCK DOWN FOR REAL YOU STARTED IT NOW I FINSH IT PLEASE TAKE THAT BULLSHIT ELSE WERE WHO CARES ABOUT CARRIBBEAN

  • @tocute1986 obviously you and millions of others. got jamaican on the tip of your tongue. we dont even have to be around and haters like you be talking shit with your ignorant ass when caribbeans and africans are the same damn people. fool. there are jamaican and trinis who dance JUST like her why? because we ARE the same people. Central and west africa made us!

  • @Xaymaicana what the hell are you talking about you wish jamaicans danced like africans please bullshit to bad they do not i repeat they do not

  • @tocute1986 LOL!! toocute? more like tooilliterate. Jobless cunt you don't know shit about your own continent much less Jamaican history and dance. Wish Jamaicans dance like this? lol. Why even bother explain anything to a child like you? biatch please!!!

  • @Xaymaicana I'm African American and I know the route of our people(people of African descent) but why when someone is from the islands of Afro decent they are offended when called black? I'm brown complected with straighter hair I'm always asked what am I? I'm am so quick with I'm black. I'm offended with that question.

  • @pamiety huh? black? we get mad if we are called black? or do you mean African American? well i know about the african american issue. we realize we are all black however we are still different people culturally.

  • tocute1986 what is with the hate and animosity towards the people of the caribbean? You do realise that they are our brothers and sisters historically right? Calling them copycats is redundant, they are just doing what is natural, they descend from Africa, it is in their genes. Watch some dancehall and I guarantee you, you will see some dances that are similar to dances in some african countries. Why are they similar ? Like I said they are our brothers and sisters.

  • @xxtrustonexx LOL tell that dumb trick!

  • THE DANCER IS 100% AFRICAN NOT NO DAM CARRIBBEAN FUCK OFF WITH THAT SHIT

  • GO head Soukous Mama!!!!! WOWWOW!!!!! I miss Cameroun... wanna, need to go back...sigh...

  • @Xzema1 & @sarinayah need to go & read a book. Please learn something. you can't take away Gene pool like I mention before. It's always going to be there. The Caribbean & Africa will alway have similarities in many ways dancing, music, & even food. It's slavery the caused us to have additional different styles but the head & base are always going to be the same. It can't never change, unless you are God, because he made it like that. We are part of Motherland Africa & our style will be the same

  • I will do the same thing at from 3:16 to 3:25 and few other parts...I would look the drummers like I know you didn't drum like that... I know you didn't give me such a wicked beat.... lawddd...and continue dancing....lolol.... memories...

  • This dancer's face expressions are wicked... she really enjoying the music, she dances with alot of passion...I love the music and the beat, especially the little drumming....wow..

  • I guess some of us don't know our history. I know where I was born our ancestors are from Cote D'Ivoire/Ivory Coast some where along that lines, the french parts (I know they speak french) & we speak english; however, there are certain words we use have french accent to them & we normally ends our comment with "Qui." Now, where I grew up I know that our Ancestors came from Cameroon, Angola & Ghana. Many Africans always ask me if I am from Cameroon, especially when I dance, but I am Caribbean

  • @SpiceUnionIslandGal which island sis? =] I'm jamaican.

  • @sarinayah..I dance all kinds of music, but my passion is traditional. I am from the Caribbean & I have similar style like her.. I wouldn't mine performing with her. The funny thing not matter what we black folks can't get the message "Unity will make us stronger and united but hostility and negativity will also keep us divided/ separated" ignorance to the core..

  • Comment removed

  • @sarinayah..why all that anger and hostility? Hands down, the whole world knows black folks originate from motherland Africa, thus black people around the world will have African styles of dancing no matter where we are from, because you can't take away gene pool.. thus, your comment about "Carribbean (Caribbean) bullshit here" is on call for... even though it's a year ago and I am late..lolol.. I dance all kinds of music, but my passion is traditional. I am from the Caribbean & I have similar

  • @SpiceUnionIslandGal I know thats right! she needs to calm her hot ass down. bout "caribbean bullshit" when we do the EXACT dances!! the second highest group of africans sent to the caribbean and latin america were Congolese and Angolan. Some folks do not read, that's all. they talk out of emotion and not based on facts.

  • Comment removed

  • I must say... she is great... I could see I have few similar styles to yours...She is wicked.. I love it...

  • What? She is not the best. Probably the most popular but not best. Even I can do this. She is god though, no hating.

  • Their ancestors are from Africa, I thought it was common knowledge, I guesss not :(

  • @peace704032797 thank you ...

  • Of course Carribbeans come from Africa, what's the problem?

  • Comment removed

  • @tocute1986 SERIOUSLY, are you aware of how dumb do you sound? or would you rather i tell you myself? you're an imbecile and ignorant. why in the hell would I wish she was caribbean for? what does she have to offer that would make our communities better or culture stronger? if shaking her azz is what you are suggesting then if thats the case the caribbean would be perfect and on top seeing as how we do the EXACT same dance moves. keep embarrassing yourself and erasing your posts there after.

  • @DivineDimplez lol everyone talking about we can wine because WE CAN! There is no big difference between jamaicans, trinis and africans. you dont have to big up africa and put us down to give the motherland rep. trini and jamaica ARE part of African culture regardless.

  • @xzema1 is there a problem with ppl comparing Africa and the Caribbean? get OVER yourselves. we are all black and therefore should be able to point out similarities and differences. People so damn sensitive now a days. Ugh!

  • @sarinayah Where do you think most Caribbean music/customs were derived from?

  • @sarinayah LMAO!

    'plz piss off' hahaha

  • @sarinayah wow wut is wrong with u?This footage clearly shows that even tho blacks were separated on different lands due to slavery we still kept wit our culture. This clearly sounds & looks like trinidadian music therefore u can tell where trinidadian culture originated, back in the mother land, dont get upset!

  • phoenician7 ... And your bigotted point is?

Are you implying that European mix makes a better human being? Trust me, it's not the "European" genes in this lady that's dancing. That's pure Africa. You know, the country where the human race came from? Thank God for Africa. Otherwise, the world would have no rhythm.

  • @purplecowblues she is PURE AFRICAN it its so sad this lady i snot even that light for people to think she must be mixed
