My only major nitpick of the series is that they used Heisei King Ghidorah's roars for both King Ghidorah and Mecha-King Ghidorah. Wish they had done it: Showa roars only for KG, Heisei roars only for M-KG.

That, and no playable Hedorah, Gorosaurus, King Kong, Mechani-Kong, Monster X, non-clone Battra, and Zilla.

@stroudwes1 Godzilla Unleashed for the Wii was okay, but I still prefer Destroy all Monsters and Save the Earth in terms of the gameplay. Unleashed was better in that there were more monsters with more updated designs like the Millenium Gigan.

my second most played game on my gamecube, first being zoids vs. 3 that i imported a few years later, i summed more hours in vs. 3 then in any game i had at the time for either ps2 or xbox and i had them both along with the cube. later i got save the earth for ps2 and i moved DAMM to the hall of personal classics heheh.

This game was always fun at first, but i didnt like it after a week. The monsters are REALLY unbalanced, the constant attack and flinch hitting you was annoying, and that beetle thing always pissed me off due to his dig underground BS.

In the campaign (at least) the monsters like Rodan, who could fly just pissed me off i think no powerups or effects should exist and i wouldve enjoyed this more cause they would just fly toward Hp powerup and keep healing every chance

This game, Super Smash Bros. Melee and XGRA are the only Gamecube Games I didn't trade in! It was the first 3d game I ever played on a big screen tv. Pure Greatness!

The only bad thing, far outweighed by the sheer fun with 1-3 other players, is I could never unlock Orga (if anyone knows how please reply!), and they didnt have good ol' American "Zilla." He'd be cool to see and at the very least a good punching bag.

@FoxMcSamurai well i do like DAM melee better, even though i havent played it... but you can turn ff the crystals on Godzilla Unleashed easy.if you mean "use their ability" yes. if you mean you dont want em on multiplayer, there's that too. the controls in Godzilla were relatively nice, but grapple mode was appallingly retarded. PARRYING was cool but srsly, in grapple mode they NEVER TOUCH!!!!

@godzillaisking lol yea i agree, but i think they filled that gap, by using those crystals, that give u power, and also wen u destroy a certain amount of crytals, u'll get a sort of rage, it makes u "invincible" 4 a min or 2..but yea i was disappointed at first, but, hey u could fight a custom battle which is kinda cool
