shitty place, small food on big plates. cant stand the hip, pseudo-foodie shit. the bakery goods are great but the food isnt really that good. you cant buy a reputation, you have to earn it.

I really wonder how Guy has each restaurant filmed. Does he stay there for the whole day? Especially when eating the specials, I wonder if he paces himself and talks to people in between or eats 2-3 specials consecutively.
