  • Hi,the soothing relaxing side of the steel guitar, one of it's many beautiful facets.

    Easy listening lyrics.

  • Thank you,I don't have any of my grandpa playing but I am going to update my fiddle videos next week.

  • Bless your heart Jud,you remind me so much of my grandpa. He played steel and dobro, wore big glasses, checkered shirts, and had tattoos on his arms.Your singing is handsome and of a better era.Thank you so much for posting.

  • Thank you so much for the comment. I like the old songs, the old ballads. Good luck with your fiddlin'. Do you intend to upload a video? Jud

  • good picking ,,I know what you mean by getting up in years ,,I jammed with a lot of older guys,, which I am one . our ages run from 30 to close to ninty. Its so much fun,,the young guys come around to see how country is suppose to be. Isn't that funny.

    Good luck on your music..

  • Thank you very much for your comments. I like the old classic country myself, one reason why I have satellite radio. Most of the new country is what we called Rock & Roll.

    Thanks again, Jud

  • I play in various bands and shows with anyone that will have me, Not done nursing homes yet but I`m thinking about it,just lack the confidence to work on my own.

    John

  • Nice one Jud! Seems we got into this about the same time....Its good to get a compliment from a fellow picker...thanks for taking the time to check mine out....JD

  • Thanks for the kind words John. Looks like this is a new experience for both of us. Do you entertain with your talent? I do 4 or 5 nursing homes a month. Country and a little gospel music. Lots of fun. Jud
